Massive price difference compared to direct booking
I planned a trip to Dubai. The price at Alltours was around €1,300 higher than the price I would have paid if I had booked the flight and hotel separately (identical services). I am aware that tour operators should actually have purchasing advantages due to block bookings and airline quotas. I find it unreasonable that this advantage is not passed on, but instead a 20% surcharge is demanded. For me, the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer acceptable here. We were well informed by the all tours team at the airport. Transfer to the hotel was very efficient & very friendly driver, unfortunately on our return date the bus driver misread his pick up list & at first refused to take us, Not a nice end for us, however it worked out in the end.

I honestly wish I had never booked with Alltours. I made a reservation and was clearly stated that cancellation is free of charge before a period.
I made the cancelation good on time but unfortunately, they charged me 290Eur out of 380 the original price of the flight.
The customer service is very bad, after many email exchanges, they insisted to pay the fees.
And latest their legal department they send me a letter in the summer holiday time in August and requested a payment withing one week.
I highly encourage people to not book through this agency, it is the worse ever seen.
Catastrophic Customer Service – Never Again
I honestly wish I had never booked with Alltours. Their so-called customer service is worse than having no service at all.
My reservation clearly stated that WiFi was included, yet the hotel wanted to charge me extra. So, I called Alltours to clarify. The first agent answered in what sounded like the middle of a video game session, background noise everywhere, zero professionalism. When I explained that WiFi was included, he dismissively said: “Do you really want to argue now about some 10 euros?” (it was actually more than that). Yes, of course I want what I paid for! Instead of helping, he started shouting over me, demanded that I “let him speak to the end,” and when I insisted of letting me speak and not interrupting me maybe he understands then when is the issue, call ended unpleasantly and abruptly.
I thought maybe it was just one bad apple, so I called again. This time a woman answered. I had barely introduced myself with: “Hi, I booked a reservation from you and today is my first day…” when she cut me off, angrily telling me to call the “internal tour line” because they were “not responsible” for my booking. She didn’t even let me finish a sentence! She kept repeating that calling the other line was some sort of “advantage” for me, as if she knew my problem before I even explained it. and when u asked ok how can i contact this internal tour line then? she said i should ask the reception! i mean what!! like i call the offical number in germany that is dedicated to help me as a customer u send me somewhere else and u don’t even tell me how to reach out to that place!!!
This is not customer service – this is arrogance, rudeness, and complete disregard for customers. For something as simple and contractual as included WiFi, Alltours managed to lose me and everyone I know as future customers.

Online custommer support - disappointment
The selection of the hotel, the desired date and the airport was absolutely fine and everything was satisfactory. Nowadays, however, I would have liked the payment to be intuitive and easy, for example using Apple Pay. The biggest negative experience was when there was a system error on the part of the alltours application during registration and the subsequent communication with customer service seemed simple at first glance and they responded quickly and always promised to solve the problem ASAP, however, this was not the case and the whole communication dragged on for 14 days, where I was already quite upset and dissatisfied that the support promised me something but did not do it, after exchanging about 5 reminder emails the error was resolved within five minutes.

Everything was fine except the incheck by Easy Jet. I had to make a view calls with Alltours to get the right bookingnumber. The app from Alltours workshop great and the info was right in time; so…. Complements! The hotel Allsun Barlovento was not so good: cold food, not too much choice, unfriendly personal in restaurant, etc. Not much More than two stars. Nice room though (but that’s what we paid for).

This was the first time ever for me and my family in Mallorca and luckily everything was so good. We were so happy and impressed by how we were taken care of from the minute we booked the tour until we came back. The hotel, the food and drinks were good except for the unavailability of drinking water in the room. The city, the landscape and the beaches are so marvelous and worthy of being again visited.

For this reason, we were only faced with the fact that we had to organize it ourselves during the night upon arrival. This caused us some very unpleasant moments. On the website of the restplatzbörse, we still ordered the trip by transfer, but at the same time, there is no specific information about this in the restplatzbörse confirmation. If we were wrong, we apologize for the comment.

City tour. Got taken by taxi to The Souk.
A guide was there to escort us.
No don’t do it this way. Go without the guides. Keep your phone on record too.
Organised pressure.
Dragged to 4 different types of shops that the guide chose. ….so obviously he and his cronies in those shops pressured us into buying perfume etc then wouldn’t give us the change. Of course!
Perfume bought from the guides shop had sealed box but inside it was a broken spray bottle full of perfume this was seen by KHALID at the hotel and he did get it swapped later for us.
HOWEVER I was molested by one keeper. He sat me down handed me clothes and was feeling me up and down my legs. I still bought from him after asking him not to do that without a Nikah! …
His face went funny.
I felt scared tbh and couldn’t wait to get out so after I agreed to buy goods and paid. I was afraid to lash out as I didn’t know if I’d be safe. The Souk was empty and full of male salesmen.
We were also not allowed to stop at shops that we would have liked to see.
My molester …. He’s obviously swapped the clothes as he put them in the bag!!
Total rip off for price paid £55 for a seconds dress … buttons on front miss matched and much smaller size ..like a fool i didn’t check these goods again until I unpacked at home.

Good experience
We actually don’t have much contact with Alltours which in itself is a positive. Overall we are happy with the experience, just have a few recommendations to Alltours:
1. The hotel description was not very telling. We found a lot more information on other travel websites.
2. The local guide was quite pushy. His creditcard machine didn’t work when I wanted to pay for a tour and he then was very pushy in getting me to take out cash from an ATM. His description of the tour was also exaggerated.
All that being said, we would use Alltours again.

Positive experience overall, I would recommend few improvements such as include the transfer airport-hotel both ways and better description of the hotel as we discovered that the SPA access is not for free (15€ per person for 1-hour jacuzzi time)
