Alvaskin responded very quick and friendly when I told them that my Alvaskin didn't work anymore.
We had a good communication when trying to find out what was wrong. However the machine was "dead".
A new machine is sent. I am happy for this excellent customer service.

Great product and helpful client service
I have had a very positive experience with this online store. First, I ordered the Electra, and I must say that I am already pleasantly surprised, even though I cannot see the results yet. The treatment feels very similar to professional microcurrent treatments that are much more expensive. I also had an issue with another order that did not go through, but the customer service team helped me resolve it in a very helpful and friendly way.

I was a bit skeptical ordering at first because I hadn't heard of Alvaskin previously, so went to trustpilot before anything else. After reading all of the positive experiences I decided to give it a go since the IPL was on offer when I ordered. I received it and unfortunately it had some technical issues, so I emailed support with a video showing the issue. Christine was instantly on it and has since sent a replacement for the broken IPL, and I am looking forward to testing it out to its full potential!

Really great customer service
Really great customer service. Quick response and help when I had som questions about the use of the IPL. I have not used it long enough to rate the results, but find it very user-friendly and good instructions. I will definitely buy other products from this company.

One thing’s for sure, IT REALLY WORKS
One thing’s for sure – IPL laser really works! I actually deleted my "before" photos because I wasn’t happy with them, but I had already started the treatment. And after just 3 sessions, the hair is growing back sooo slowly – and way less of it too! I’ve even taken a little break from the treatments just to let some hair grow back so I can see the real effect

Great machine!
Great machine which makes a thorough removal of facial hair possible without much pain in return. A minus: the hairs grow out in two weeks, not four, but hopefully,that will change after a while.

Impressive results after just one week!
I have been using my Alvaskin Electra for a week now (5 treatments) and I am surprised over the result! I can clearly see changes already, with firmer skin and my "grumpy" corners of my mouth are not pointing downwards as much as they did before I started! If adding photos was an option I would add some to show you the difference after just 7 days! I can't wait to see what happens after a few more weeks!

The service at Alvaskin is amazing. The email you get when you order one of their product, is organized and the information contains everything you need.
I had to contact Alvaskin by email, and Laura the director, answered in a few minutes. For some reason i had to cancell an order. This cansellation whas done in a short while and the money was credit to my occunt. Great service and respons by Alvaskin.

WARNING: it's not true that you have a "90days money back policy"
My wife ordered the Alvaskin laser, but she quiqcly understood that she could not use this product after all.
You can not use it on frecles, dark skin or facial hair, witch is not very clear in their commercials. When she wanted to return it, Alvaskin replied that they could only refund a part of the money, since she opened the plastic bag the laser was packed in. Even though they have a very clear marketing campaign on Instagram that states that you have a "90 days get your money back" guarantee, they would not do a full refund because of the open bag.
The truth is that Alvaskin claims that they are not legally bound by this guarantee, they make a seperate desicion for each return. In other words, they trick you in to buying their product believing that you are free to return it for a full return if you for some reson arnt satisfyed, but in the end your not guaranteed all of your money back. My wife had to email back and forth four times before they accepted to give her her money back.
Be aware of this before you buy anything from this company.

We do offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for the Alvaskin®️ IPL hair removal device, which allows our customers to try the product for 90 days and request a refund if they’re not 100% satisfied with the results. However, as your wife had not used the product for the full 90 days, this guarantee does not apply in her case.
Additionally, for unopened devices, we have a 14-day regret policy, which ensures customers can return their purchase if they change their mind. Since our IPL devices are classified as hygiene products, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal is broken, as the device comes into direct contact with the skin. This policy, which is standard for stores selling hygiene products, is designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers. It is clearly outlined on our website in both the Return Center and Return Policy sections. That said, we understand that it might not have been clear, and we’ll work on improving how we communicate this policy.
Despite these guidelines, and because we deeply value our customers, we made an exception and issued a full refund for your wife’s device after being in direct contact with her by email. We’re sorry to hear that she still felt dissatisfied despite our effort to resolve this matter by providing a full refund.

Trustworthy with good results

I have bought Alvaskin laser hair remover. I have so far done 3 sessions with their product and so far I can say that I have noticed that the hair hasn’t grown back some places. But the hair is still thick. This can be due to not using enough sessions. To notice a difference, one has to use it for up to 12 sessions. On top of that, what changed my mind when it came to buying this product was that the customer service was extremely polite and very trustworthy. They assisted me with whatever help I needed. They held my hands throughout the beginning of my journey. The shipping didn’t take much time as well, which saved me a lot of time. Whatever questions one had, was answered very throughly by the customer service. If one is looking for a trustworthy seller which actually does provide a product that gives results, then Alvaskin is it. <3
