I cannot recommend Anotherclassic highly enough! I purchased 6 beautiful Arne Jacobsen Drop Chairs and his stunning Circular Table. All items were impeccably refinished and reupholstered. They were a pleasure to communicate with, kindly agreed to all my requests, and powder coated all the legs to match. Even delivery, via the wonderful Magic Movers, was flawless. It was a perfect transaction in every possible way!

I am very satisfied with the work of this company – the chairs were restored to perfect condition and look as good as new. I was pleasantly surprised by the sincere communication and willingness to help – they even arranged shipping to Lithuania, although this country was not listed as an option at checkout. The packaging was impeccable, everything arrived safely and very quickly. The company are true professionals in their field. The product is carefully described on our website. I think that you may not have understood the text because of a language barrier (based on the fact that you are writing in English here). I don't think we can be blamed for that.
Regarding the return, you were informed that the package had to be sent WITH delivery. We cannot spend time picking up return packages from various parcel shops. So if you had done as you were informed, there would have been no problems.

Long distance purchase
As a purchaser from outside the EU, the pre-sales customer service was excellent. The director went above and beyond to ensure I received a product that would suit my needs. It was unfortunate that the furniture sustained damage during transit. The company worked constructively to fix the issue. When its suggested solutions did not remedy the issue, the firm ceased all communication for a number of months – until such time as the Danish consumer authority became involved. Matters were positively resolved through mediation. Pre-sales 5 stars, after sales 2 stars.

Thanks for the review. It seems like this case will never stop. This despite the fact that you have had the agreed amount transferred. In fact, 2 times, because your bank had charged a fee to transfer, despite the fact that we had chosen transfer where we paid all costs. So when you asked for DKK. 60, we immediately transferred them to you. Furthermore, you have called to an extent bordering on harassment. When we have spoken to you, it has seemed that you would rather chat than talk about the matter at hand. We now consider the case closed, and we hope you do too.

Nothing but a good feeling about shopping at this store
It has been the second time we bought a piece of furniture at this store. The first time we bought a coffee table in the store and it was no problem we came later to pick it up (we were on holiday with our camper). Second time we saw a chair online and bought it. Again it was no problem to pick it up later.
Friendly owners who are glad they can help you in any way they can.
Highly recommend this store.
