MASSIVE SCAM! They owe me £151!
I ordered 3 dresses and they took 2 weeks to get there, even though the shipping says under a week! None of them fit and they were terrible terrible quality - like they were ordered from elsewhere and just sold on. I emailed about 20 times asking how I could return for a refund and they never got back to me. MASSIVE SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I don’t know how to get my money back from this now!!

Firstly I ordered 2 white dresses for my civil wedding. I ordered the products about 4 weeks before my event, paying priority delivery saying 2-4 business days. It came after my event. Upon chasing, customer services throughout this period, they took weeks to respond and they eventually came back with a rubbish response saying it was on its way asap. I instantly requested a refund when I realised it wouldnt arrive in time and they stopped responding. The refund request was initiated before the items arrived, and 4 attempts after it was delivered. They never responded back. Its a disgusting brand, rubbish quality fabric, and not worth any of the money. Now I am stuck with 2 products because they did not respond to complete the return process.
Also the size S dress was so small (i am a size 8) and I couldnt even get it on.

Contacted the company via email and they were completely unhelpful, once I mentioned that they are not following the policy they just ignoring my emails. Took 22 days for my order to arrive, the whole time I was in communication with Jade. As soon as it arrived I realised the quality was horrendous (genuinely worse than Shein and Temu) and there was a hole in it. Emailed Jade and she’s been radio silence ever since. I’m reporting them to the Consumer Ombudsman. Avoid this company!!!

I bought a dress from here which I need to return as the sizing is all over the place. Their website states returns are easy. They’re not.
I contacted their customer service team and have been emailing someone called Jade who I can only assume has amnesia because she offers me the same rubbish option (30% off my next order - absolutely never ordering from you again thanks) - to which I decline and ask again how to proceed for a full refund. We must have exchanged 20 emails back and forth now on this topic. I haven’t received a reply for a few weeks now - but I still email to chase this up with them.
I can’t stress enough how much NOT to waste your money with this company.

However they arrived late so I could not wear any and had not even opened the package when I requested a return. I was pushed for store credit which I decline and continually asked for a refund. jade who had been handling my case and responding to my emails first agreed to the refund and then stopped responding. I have chased her daily for a response and advise how I am 8 months pregnant and didn’t have that money to waste hence why i requested a refund. I informed her of how stressful this situation was and to be ignored was completely unethical. I thought I could trust this website which clearly states easy returns and refunds however that is clearly a lie

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress that looked completely different from what was advertised—it’s poorly made, unflattering, and honestly quite ugly. I reached out multiple times requesting a refund, but have received no response at all. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel scammed. Save your money and shop elsewhere—this company does not stand by their products or take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

This company is a complete fraud. I have been trying to return two dresses for over 6 weeks. No one replies to emails. The dresses are poorly made and the sizing odd. I would avoid it all costs.
Don’t order from the uk- you have to pay to return it to America
You can’t return things without significant cost and effort - the dress took about 2 weeks longer than quoted to arrive (over 1 month from ordering) & when it did it looked nothing like it had in the picture - the material was different, colour dull not bright like the picture & it felt really cheap & poor quality. Despite using the size guide it was way off in terms of fit so I couldn’t have worn it even if I’d liked it. Looked up how to return & it said email them, did this several times with no response over a period of a couple of weeks so ended up going through PayPal - got a very curt response several days later basically saying you should have read the small print & if you want to return it for any other reason than it is damaged then you have to pay (and finally supplying me with the return address which is in America). Imagine that’ll cost more than the dress did & whilst it is in the small print I had assumed what I would receive would actually adhere to their own sizing chart & actually resemble the pictures.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I bought 2 dresses back in February after seeing them advertised on Instagram. The dresses arrived a month later and are horrible quality for the price point. The day I received them I requested a return. A month later, and after emailing them most days, I am still waiting to speak to an actual human and they won't provide me with any return details. They do not stick to their return policy at all! The whole thing is a SCAM!!!

I've spent over £100 on an order from Astrid & Co and apart from the quality of the dress that was completely different from the picture, the customer service was horrendous.
Starting from the delivery time that exceeded timeframe they advised by far. Then when I tried on the dress that seemed wonderful and elegant on their website, it was shocking in reality. It was very transparent which it doesn't mention it anywhere and you could see literally everything that there is behind the material with a detail. It was disappointing!
The moment it arrived, I tried on straight away and even though I was quite frustrated for having to wait so long for THIS, I instantly reached out to them to return the dress and being very polite with the agents as it is not really their fault that the dress was not what they were advertising.
However, the issue with the entire order happened when even though I asked to return the order and a refund, they were coming back to me with the same email as if I was talking to a wall. Their policy was clearly saying that the buyer has the right to get a full refund within 15 days from the day they receive the order.. and yet, here I am a month later without any response about the return and refund apart from the same original email to let them know what the issue is, which once I do so they ask me again the same thing. If it was just £10 I wouldn't make it a big deal, but it's over £100 and I feel like I've been tricked! I would strongly recommend to everyone to NOT buy from this company, as everything is super expensive and the quality is upsetting. If you do, then you might as well forget about the hundreds of pounds/euros you'll spend as the refund will not happen.

Do not buy from this company!! Have been trying to get a prepaid return label since 10th March as they sent a defective item, and as per their own policies on the website it states any defective items will be refunded WITH NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER, however they are trying to say they cannot provide a pre paid label for sale items 🤔 absolute joke of a company. Return address on website was Hong Kong which will cost almost the same amount in shipping as the dress itself.
Still trying to get this sorted 5 weeks later. DO NOT BUY.

I have received rather poor customer service as outlined below:
I tried to cancel the order within minutes of ordering on the 22nd March as i hadnt realised the company was based in America (not Brighton as I naively thought due to to the name (I'm UK base). Yet it was still dispatched on the 24th March.
The order of the dresses arrived with faulty stitching and was too large (I included photos of the faulty stitching).
I requested a refund, which was ignored and offered store credit instead.
I was offered a refund but told I had to pay for a return instead which goes against the return policy as the goods are faulty but they still didn't give the details to return it.
I was told that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department, and they would be in touch with an update 5 days ago.
I've since asked for the details of the 'relevant department' so I can contact them directly and this was ignored.
No one answers the telephone and there is no option to leave a message on the phone line.
