They have the worst service and the worst customer experience; everything is difficult with them and they always try to charge things that are not real.
I will NEVER recomend to get a rental car with Ayvens.
Please avoid it as they are real scamers
Do not lease a vehical from this company
I was before Ayvens a customer of Leaseplan, and I had never had a single problem. Now, the service of Ayvens is a total disaster. I returned my car in the middle of September. It was collected by a agent from BCA. This is when the problems started. They are going to be still taking money from my pay in November. They have informed me that they have as yet not terminated the vehicle and therefore they are entitled to still take the money from me for a car that they now have back. I have had to call them as they never reply to emails and there call centre staff just want you off the phone. They have no concern that I am paying them for a car I no longer have and they have fobbed me off quoting their contract a contract that i have not signed with them as my contract was from LeasePlan. They will not let you speak to anyone in authority at the company. I have raised a complaint with them which they have informed me will be seen and responded to in 28 days, meanwhile I will be yet again paying them this month for a car I do not have. I am now going to have to go down the small claims court route to get my money back from them
If you have any sense do not lease a car from this company as you will feel the pain at the end of the lease.

I would give zero stars here if I could. This company clearly does not care in any way about their paying customers. I have been trying and trying to get a broken windscreen repaired for nearly weeks. I cannot get a clear response. Promised call backs never come. Reading other reviews here this is possibly the worst customer service in Spain as experienced by so many of us. Do not give them your business. Do not lease a car from them.

A disaster of service
I was before customer of Leaseplan, and I have never had a single problem. Now, the service of Ayvens is a total disaster. I have been trying to get an appointment in the car repair shop. After getting the appointment I got a cancellation in my mobile, I call again for the same day and same problem. I call directly to the car repair shop and they told me that is normal because Ayvens does not have vissibility of their agenda neither check with them. I arrange the agenda directly with them, but when the car is there, they call me because they are waiting a paper from Ayvens. I call them. Friday, they finish at 15 h. No one can help me. I have lost one work day, my car is in the car repair shop and no one can help me. A disaster. No more lease plan with them

We have a very bad experience with this company. Our own leasecompany was taken over bu Ayvens. Since then they can't even manage to correctly process payments. For months now I've had to pay invoices manually and with a fine because they don't do it automatically like was the case before. We have emailed and phoned them many times. They don't reply, called us back just once and rhibgs haven't been resolved, or don't pick up at all. Very, very bad experience.

New delivery date is end of September. Basically been without a car the entire summer, now going into the school year without a car will be difficult.. I don’t know who to trust but I’m already feeling bad about this company for the increased delays and lack of communication. Wish I could just cancel the vehicle and order with someone else but I don’t want to wait another 3 months for a simple vehicle.
Dreadful car service - except when they send a monthly invoice

Absolutely the worst company ever
Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Leaseplan were bad but now its owned by Ayvens its worse. I cant speak to anyone, i have sent over 50 emails, 5 letters and still no replies. Cant get an appointment to get car fixed at an official garage as they try to use cheap local ones even when the car problem can only be fixed at an official garage. Useless. DO NOT USE EVER!!!

After just a few months leasing a high-end vehicle from Ayvens, I’ve found myself completely unable to drive it due to an unresolved technical documentation issue. The car has a tow hitch installed, but it doesn't appear on the technical sheet provided by Ayvens. During the annual inspection (ITV), the authorities immediately prohibited the car from circulating due to this discrepancy.
Despite calling Ayvens every day for over a week, I’ve received no solution. They keep opening “urgent” cases that go nowhere, and I’m not allowed to speak with any coordinator or technical department. I haven’t been offered a replacement vehicle, yet I’m still being charged for a car I cannot legally drive.
They’ve left me completely stranded during the August holidays with no alternative and no resolution in sight. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
Very slow and incompetent service
I contracted a 1-year car rental with Avvens, through Amovens. From the beginning, I noticed some deficiencies with the Ayven's internal organisation. For example, I had to follow them up to request the contract signed and several times they told me their system cracked down. The worst came when the car had a mechanical fault. I am paying a car rental for the car to be in the mechanic for the last 2 weeks, I will never book another rental car with them, unbelievable!!
The customer support needs overhaul
The customer support is nonexistent.
It takes days and sometimes weeks for them to reply. I don't understand how or why I need to follow up several times before I receive a reply. I have to open the same ticket several times and it is frustrating.
The sales team is great, but they also pass everything over to customer support after you receive the vehicle.
I would not recommend their services.
Lack of any service
Honestly, ever since Ayvens took over LeasePlan. Our service has been absolutely pathetic. We leased our car just over a year ago through LeasePlan with a great English speaking representative. Now we are in need of service and no one is willing to help us in English. It would be in their best interest as the car belongs to them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible customer support and service
I have a long term lease rental with Ayvens. The lack of customer care and lack of responses from both my account manager and customer care are terrible. They simply do not respond. I have been for a month trying to get confirmation of a simple insurance update for a short trip to France. I simply cannot get a reponse despite numerous emails and phone calls. I have compained but they clearly do not care about customers once they have your money for the lease rental.

Hmmm. Weird. I can't select 0 stars. I wish I could. Or a negative rating would do, too. Just terrible from beginning to end. Hours / days / weeks of wait to be able to do the smallest thing. Avoid at all costs.

Zero Stars – Avoid This Company at All Costs!
This company provides extremely poor service and seems to operate in a way that is both frustrating and deceptive.
Delayed Orders: They fail to place orders on time, causing car prices to rise unnecessarily.
Terrible Communication: Expect months of waiting for email replies. If you call, be prepared to hold for at least two hours, only to be transferred endlessly with no one actually answering your concerns.
Refund Issues: When you to get a refund for less miles used, they intentionally return less money than what is actually they should refund. First, they will try to convince you that the calculations are correct, but if you point out their mistake, they suddenly admit to using the wrong calculation method—leading to only half the money being refunded.
Deliberate Delays: Even after agreeing to return your money, they will intentionally delay the refund process, making it an exhausting experience.
Avoid this company unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and financial loss!
They trade as an international company…
They trade as an international company with only Spanish available in Spain. That aside the vehicle drivers portal does not work. I booked an annual service online, which was confirmed. The vehicle was not collected, which they put down to computer issues. The service centre arranged another collection date but the day before cancelled the arrangement saying it was too far. Leaseplan made an arrangement for another service centre to collect the vehicle again no collection. Terrible service & poor communication stay away go somewhere else.
