I used Azimo for the first time a two days ago's to send money to Bangladesh. I sent a small amount first to test it as I was sceptical. It said that it went through fine and the person who was to received got an email to say it was fine. A few days later an email was sent to the receiver, not me, to say transaction has been cancelled. I was furious, emailed to ask why and they say they didn't have my ID! I explained that I sent them my driving license as an attachment. They said no, so I sent it again , they then said, actually the money has been sent. It's a shame as it now puts me off sending larger amounts in the future.they are waste of time , do, not used !!!!!

Horrible service
Horrible service. Azimo charged me for failed transaction and their customer support did not tell me why the transaction was cancelled. I tried TransferWise with exact same details and managed to send the transfer with no issue at all.
