The most terrible customer service was…

The most terrible customer service was given to me by the rude people. I called them to place an order as their website was not working. The rude woman told me she can’t help me???? She told me rudely that go back to website when it’s working. Almost felt they don’t care about the sale of their products

Marissa and Victoria are attentive, and very capable professionals, they replied to my messages promptly and with clarity, this is despite the fact that the product delivered did not match the product that was depicted on the website.
