Excellent product

Excellent product, fantastic customer service. I'm deducting one point for delivery. UPS does not deliver goods to your home, but leaves the package at one of its locations, which you then have to go to and wait there while confused employees try to find your box by sorting through lots of other boxes... and yes, don't forget to bring your passport with you, otherwise you'll have to make two trips.

Had to delay the review as it was a gift for my Mum's birthday. She loves the set, for that alone I'm so grateful for the quality, thank you. The whole purchase was hassle free. I highly recommend and trust Belleek Pottery to anybody looking for that special gift or looking for something to cherish in the home.

Belleek Pottery have not honoured the 30 day Returns Policy

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Belleek Pottery.

I bought 2 dinner sets of Belleek pottery (Living Marble) on 19 June. Unfortunately it was not at all as I expected - I could not have foreseen this from the photos.

I sent an email (25 June) to ask about the return process. I received no response from them. So I packaged it up in its original packaging and sent it back. They received the package (sent with tracking
and insurance cover) on 14 July - well within the 30-day return period.

To date, on 6 August, I have neither heard from them nor received any refund.

I hope that someone at Belleek has the decency to refund the money - it's a lot to lose. I will post an update if there is any change.

In the meantime, let this be a warning if you are considering a purchase.

UPDATE 14th August: Belleek responded, and apologized, the day after this review was posted. And I received the full refund to my account on 9th August.

WHO ARE THE MUGS NOW

Ordered a 4mug set for my daughter for her new first home and what did I receive a baking dish, up till now no reason WHY even the paper work with the dish says 4 MUG set.who are the mugs now.

I completed an order online on 2nd of…

I completed an order online on 2nd of November. The purchase amount was debited immediately from my debit card and to date I have not received any confirmation of despatch of my order. It is saying on my order page that my order is unfulfilled. I have emailed the two addresses on the website and the mails are bouncing back as undeliverable. This is shocking customer service that there is nobody to help me out with my query. I honestly don’t know where to go now to get an answer when am I going to receive my purchases. Hopefully somebody from Belleek will respond to this review.

Consistently excellent service

Yet again, you provided fantastic service. I order 6 products from Belleek and Aynsley ranges - they are all beautiful, high quality and so nicely boxed and presented. I am delighted, as 4 of the items are gifts.
The parcel arrived very promptly and fragile items were appropriately protected. Thank you for always providing customer satisfaction.

Safety Issue ----) Belleek Living Mug

Making a green tea with a Belleek Living Mug when the handle broke away - caught me by shock & surprise - with scalding hot water spilling all over the place. Never happened to me before but left a muscle memory imprint to be aware that handles can break away from any make of mug or cup, for unknown reasons.

I shared the experience with Belleek but was somewhat surprised at the person's response which didn't reflect 150+ years of their cultural ethos and evolution of its bespoke range of hospitality products - underpinned by Belleek's commitment to the highest standards in manufacturing, and customer experience.

While an individual in any company may be adverse to feedback through altruistic intent - doesn't suggest the team is blinded to corrective action too. Safety should always be 1st in everyone's thought process, and my tenacity was rewarded with a telephone call - old style charm fused with an appreciation and thankfulness of bringing my near miss to Belleek's attention.

Learning to work around obstacles in order to find the decision maker takes years of learning - and - benefits the team's effectiveness, spirit and standards which help companies like Belleek continue to thrive across the Globe from the island of Ireland.

Belleek Pottery is located 40 minutes drive west of Ennisskillen on the A46, and 10 minutes drive east of Ballyshannon on the N3.

So pleased with my purchase

So pleased with my purchase. I ordered a Baby bear mug with engraving which I needed for an event. The team made sure that it arrived on time. It is such a beautiful piece very happy. Thank you!

Poor Quality Control and Customer Service

Received a set of Belleek cutlery for my 40th Birthday from my mother and upon opening the cutlery the quality is terrible. The end of all of the cutlery is sharp, unpolished and some have shards of rough material at the end which cut my finger. Upon raising the issue with Belleek my Mother was told that this is how they are meant to be!? We were then told that if we return them and they deem them to be OK they will not refund and instead return them to us. Belleek clearly haven't heard of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000!
