Thé stairs is great and good for the money .But we had to ring constantly for delivery as you are not given any tracking information. We are just putting on the spindles and short approx 10 of each fixings , we contacted the company Thursday, replied with stating we had to email guarantee , rang and two emails just to ask for the parts to be sent as we have bought a stairs we cannot use and no response .Wondering if anyone else has had this problem ? Thankyou

I'am a Belgian client and I really have a very good experience with "die Deutsche Gründlichkeit" von Benz 24 und vor allem mit Herrn Gedeon. This sommer I've ordered 2 solar shutters for my Roto windows which I received in about 1 week time. Always perfect and clear communication with Herr Gedeon. My technician could only install my shutters in November. Unfortunately because of a mistake of the Roto manufacturer (they have put the wrong reference number in my window) 1 solar shutter didn't fit. I explained everything to Herr Gedeon and I've ordered the correct one and went to Germany to pick it up. I brought back the wrong solar shutter to Benz24 in Germany and I got my money back. Top service and always correct and swift reply of Herr Gedeon and also of the after sales service !
