There customer service leaves a lot to be desired
While before the Pandemic I would have have said they were pretty okay ever since the pandemic they have gone completely downhill there customer service leaves a lot to be desired they flat out won't respond in any reasonable amount of time to complaints and often times never actually address the issue they don't have clear communication with the clinics and customer service which has resulted in people being turned away for no reason honestly until they get there head in the game I wouldn't recommend donating while it might seem like the right thing to do donating blood with such a mismanaged organization is rewarding bad behaviour with good it doesn't work force them to put there Donors first and we will be all set
