Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. Got my results back and booked in for an annual review next year, the actual test was super easy with Ruth, super friendly and had a good laugh throughout it!
You can book a test pretty much anywhere, super simple to do and it's nice to see an overview of your general health, rather than just being told your tests came back good. Even the things that are on the upper bound of normal I can keep control of.

I've been using Bluecrest for a number of years . The staff are always very professional Louise today was excellent explaining everything she was doing, I have difficult veins for blood taking but Louise had no problem & very gentle.

A perfect appointment at Elmer’s Court in Lymington. Eva was so professional, welcoming and kind. All the tests were done efficiently in a very relaxed atmosphere. As I left I’d already decided that I should do this on a quarterly basis.
Sadly, it’s 10 days later and it seems my blood results have got lost somewhere. The app is showing 45 results still outstanding despite receiving a text yesterday to say my results were all ready. I called customer services who raised a support ticket and said it should be fixed within 24 hours… it isn’t.
Fingers crossed the results suddenly appear!
Hopefully this is a one-off glitch and I’ve just been unlucky as I think it’s potentially a perfect screening service for me. So convenient.
So 5 stars for Eve and Elmers Court. 1 star for the results reporting.
Update: Bluecrest have confirmed there was an issue with my test and have offered a retest which is now booked. I fully accept that things do go wrong occasionally and have amended my rating to 5 stars to reflect how the issue has been handled and resolved. Thank you.
