I placed an order for two items on…

I placed an order for two items on 01.12.2025, and they have still not been delivered. What’s more concerning is that the delivery company informed me it may take an additional three days, even though the goods are already in the Netherlands. This delay makes me worried about what other unpleasant surprises I might face, as I have yet to receive the products

Once a shipment arrives in the Netherlands, final delivery is handled by the local carrier and can occasionally take a few extra days. I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered from this store two months ago and still haven’t received my product. I asked for a refund and they say it was not applicable and I would receive my product. Still waiting. This is a robbery.

Update: This is a scam company. They asked me to contact them via email!! What a shame! I’ve been doing so for over two months and they keep saying the package is delivered and the culprit of the delay is the delivery agency. That simply not true. They sent a track and trace code and it says it’s waiting for the provider to send the package. So either they sent a false track and trace code or they are lying about the package being in transit. Either way this is ridiculous. They don’t offer a refund of course.

FAKE SNEAKERS

this is a total SCAM! Fake sneakers.
They take 3 weeks to send you the shoes and when they arrive, they're hard as a stone, smell like plastic and glue. a TOTAL SCAM!!!
How is this possible, through a NL website??
