Ordered about $200 worth of cabinet knobs in dec 2024. Contacted them 4 times over the past 4 months because they couldn’t ship due to a “technical error”. Now they don’t respond, their website is down, phones are down, and I appear to have lost my money. Stay away, this is a scam

We thought it would be a "simple" process to compare/contrast some handles and knobs (Richelieu) for our bathroom project. Well, it has been a nightmare. The delivery and returns timeliness are awful. Beware! this is a U.S. company masquerading as a Canadian company - they are just the middleman. Now in attempting to email - nothing and phone - goes straight to v-mail even during proper business hours. They just cancelled my order for no reason. What a mess.

I ordered cabinet handle and knobs end of january. They sent me à message they could not deliver due to technical problem. I called them. The person on the Line told me they have a problem with their computer system. They don’t know when they will be able to deliver my order. I find out they are base US company. I cancel my order. 8 days now, still no refund on my credit card. I call again and recorded message says due to shortage of personel they are able to answer my call.

I'm not sure this place is legit. I've had several emails to them with promises of my order being shipped 'soon'. I placed my order before Nov. 26 2024 as this was the date of my first inquiry about my order.
In their 'about us' they state that once it is in their system it is harder to 'return'. When tracking my order I get 'label created' but UPS states that they have not received the package. They have taken my money and here I sit.

Update: I asked for and was supposedly granted a refund on my Credit Card. They said it has happened but it has not.
Feeling scammed here.

Update: They stated that it had been sent Jan 8 but after more emails where they suggested I check my end, the refund was granted about a week later and oddly only then appeared on...Jan.8's transactions.

Be aware of this company. I ordered
Richelieu kitchen cabinet handles. About $400 worth. I ordered in late afternoon. I realized that my contractor ordered the same handles from another company. I called them to cancel. Office was closed. You cannot cancel on their web site. The next morning I called and emailed them a few times to cancel. They said they could not. Told me to wait until I received the package and then ask for an RMA. I had to pay my own shipping of $40. They also charged me 15% stocking charge.
A total rip off

Note: this is an American company masquerading as a Canadian company. They do not seem to have any inventory as such, but dropship from suppliers. If a product comes from a US warehouse it will take longer and there may be duties. Also the product availability numbers on their site are effectively fiction.

Does that matter to you? Depends on your priorities.
