I ordered my goods on 23/11, received no answer in two weeks, had to call several times to CS, they always told my package was with WH for packing , after no response, called again and again, sent them emails but no response. But good news is I got my package last week on 20/12. I would say if you order something with them, please don't expect delivery within 2-4 days as they say on webpage, wait at least one month. Overall experience - Non satisfactory

Scammers, scammers, scammers, be careful. Made an order on this site and paid for delivery, but I never waited for my order((((

Ordered 24 cans of Guinness which were received promptly after payment was made. The item was initially out of stock, but they refunded the payment until the item was available, and then provided a new payment link. I used the recommended transport provider Shippii. Giving 4 instead of 5 as their recommended transport company Shippii has virtually no customer service.

Very very very bad service. If i read all the reviews first so i never buy anything from your website. Really bought 4 pack chocolates and these price is 87 kr. They cut 105 kr first and after that i bought a separate levering which cost is almost 79 kr. And now he cut 89 kr. Why?? I swear nobody trust on there website. Please i humble request you.

Terrible experience. You order, they do not deliver. You ask why , they say you need to purchase extra freight. After that they start withdrawing 89 Dkk from your account monthly for a membership you never agreed upon and stop replying to their emails.

SCAM! After making an order they start withdrawing 89DKK a month! They say you automatically join a «member club», but you are not asked or informed clearly when purchasing, and they wont provide refunds.

I put in an order for 13kg of candy and so I braced myself with a bit of extra patience. However, I ordered on the 6th of june, hadn’t heard anything by the 14th, so I texted both candynuts and godelivrr, the delivery company. Candynuts says everything is on it’s way. Now from the 14th to the 23rd I wait and I ofcourse have had thoughts such as them just saying whatever to make me wait, so I text them back (same email threat!) that I’d like to cancel the order. No reply. Most recently I texted them last monday, 3rd of July, saying to get going and cancel. Still no reply.

Warning: Avoid purchasing products from this webshop! They take your money but fail to deliver the goods.Never inform or remind the client that the delivery has to be paid sperately. Beware of a hidden subscription fee of 89 kr per month upon placing your order.
On May 4th, I sent a request to either receive my order or cancel it. Unfortunately, their response came on June 6th, almost a month later. I have since emailed them again, requesting a cancellation of the subscription and a refund. I'm concerned about when I will receive their final response. I will update my review once the case is resolved.

Pas på, de gemmer et abonnement i deres tos for 89kr om måneden/Watch out, they are hiding a subscription in their TOS and they dont send receipts for it, they’ve been reported to my Banks fraud departement

This place is cheating you. Do not ever use this company. They are withdrawing 89 DKK every month without any service from my Bank account. I just came to know about this scam and blocked it. Be careful. Do not use this company.

I received the package quick BUT they tricked me into buying an impossible to unsubscribe membership that i had to pay 90kr for before i could unsubscribe.

I made an order and did not received complete order. Now I want to contact them but there is no way to contact. Email adress given is wrong.

The worst online shop. I wanted to gift chocolates to my business associate in Denmark. Strangely after ordering, monthly subscription, more than the chocolate price, is automatically deducted from my credit card. No replies on emails. After a month I noticed that the product was not delivered. Calling on phone or sending email does not help. After more than a month still trying to get the product delivered.
Advice, never buy a product from this shop.
