Because I can't put the ZERO I must put 1 star!! I ordered Men's classic SUIT trousers. I received the velvet trousers. I don't need the pyjama! I made the complaint. I could read that the product is correct! I don't believe. The photo shows suit trousers, and the seller sends velvet trousers claiming that the product is correct!

Please be WARNED, this is a total fraud company. It has paid in Google search so search for lambswool coat for men brought me to this company. Beautiful pictures very very reasonable price guarantee of Authenticity from £275 to £45.00 bought from my credit card via pay pal. When I read reviews wanted to cancel immediately. Didn’t happen. A shabby coat of fauxfur arrived . No guarantee of getting money back even after sending your item. Company is CHINESE advertise as French and British company. A day ligh Robbery.

Never buy from this company! It's a scam. I would have given no stars if that was an option. I had all the same problems that other Reviewers had. The garment I ordered was nothing like the one described on their site. It was supposed to be a Nirwegian Wool Sweater, cosy and warm for the winter. In reality it was a thin blouse like garment, made of a man-made, shiny material, like polyester. There was no labels on it. I have requested a refund several times but I'm always offered only a fraction of my money back, or a credit vouchers, which I refused, as I will never buy from this company again. When I ordered, their returns policy was free for UK buyers, but after I requested to return the item I was told it would cost between £20 and £40! I am still trying to get my money back. I have reported it to PayPal and will be contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau (who will report to Trading Standards).

I so wish I’d have read the reviews before shopping with this so called company. The funny thing is the customer service was really helpful so that was one positive thing . I ordered a coat about 4 weeks ago after 2 weeks of it not being sent i emailed them . They was very quick at getting back to me and explained the coat I had ordered was no longer available and offered me an alternative which in the picture looked very nice so I said yes please I’ll take that one . It arrived today and I wish it hadn’t it was awful nothing like in the picture it was of such poor quality it looked like an old rag ! I thought I’d give it to charity but quite honestly I wouldn’t embarrass myself . I emailed them expressing my views and to cut a long story short they offered me a 10% refund totalling £3.20 !!! I said it was an insult so I’ve now decided to swallow the mistake I’ve made but thought it best to write a review instead . Please be aware anc do not order from this company just stick to company’s like SHEIN and temu who offer cheap prices but excellent products .. you learn by your mistakes and boy I’ve learnt that one !

Eventually received my item after several weeks. Item described as suede jacket. I paid £85 which is close to what you would pay for a real suede jacket. The item received is not real suede. The item is extremely poor quality. I’d expect to pay no more than £15 from Temu or SHEIN for the item I received.
I emailed the company to express my disappointment and arrange a return. I was asked to supply a photo of the item & the care label inside detailing the material it is made from. When I went to do this I discovered the label had been cut out! I supplied said photos only to receive another email saying they remove labels for customers comfort 😂 and this doesn’t make the item defective so I am therefore responsible for the return costs of approx £30. In my 46 years of life I have never dealt with a clothing company who remove care labels for customers comfort. I tried to reply but it would no appear my emails have now been blocked. Thankfully I bought through Paypal so have raised a case with them. I’m sure such a global company as pay pal won’t any to be associated with scammers.

Buyer Beware! Absolutely appalling company. The item I ordered was horrendous quality and did not match up with its photograph or description. On 25th January 2026, the day on which I purchased the item, the return policy stated a 30 day return window which was to be free for residents of UK and France and that a return label would be supplied. Luckily I took a screen shot of the return policy. However, when I asked for a return label I was refused one and offered a full refund via voucher or the opportunity to post the item to their warehouse in Canada (in a later email, this was amended to Asia). Some short time later, they changed their return policy online, now stipulating a 14 day return window with postage costs at customer‘s expense of €20-€80. Despite many emails outlining UK Consumer law and requests for their resolution procedure or ADR, they only provided repeated bot responses. They list one email address, emails to which frequently bounce back, no telephone, no address, no legal or trading details. More fool me for ordering from them in the first place. I have since raised a charge back and have reported this company to Trading Standards and International Standards.
Absolutely do not buy from ChicundStil. Ever.
And for the record, while ChicundStil promised an email (see below), that has predictably not materialised

I haven’t bought anything from this company as due to being stung in the past I reviewed this company, thankfully I did! The reviews are terrible yet it’s showing 5 stars as Trustpilot reviews that is clearly not true, appears 2nd on the Google Search? How do these companies get away with this??

Absolutely terrible - beware. Total fraudsters.

Item took weeks to arrive, appears to have come from China. Cardigan is very poor quality, nothing like described. Website states ‘high quality fabric’ - utter lies. Also advertises 30 day returns but they state 14 days when challenged and at a cost of £80!!!! More than the original item and must be sent to Canada to an address that doesn’t exist, plus they won’t provide a return label as stated on their website.

Numerous emails sent back, appear to be AI generated with all manner of excuses and offers to refund tong around plus resend items.

I raised an issue with a fault, they offered to refund me 35%, I have refused and all has now gone quiet.

Especially unhelpful and obstructive, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order with this company and decided immediately after reading the
Incredibly poor reviews that I would like to cancel the order. I contacted the company immediately only to be told, that I was out of the “five” minute cancellation Window. I emailed them immediately?!? This is not acceptable. I would suggest that anybody considering ordering re-considers. Trust Pilot reports ‘poor quality, poor customer service, expensive returns’!!! the so-called Customer Service is non-existent.

When the order arrived it did not match the style, length or colour palette of the advertised image. I emailed them, sent photos and they acknowledged this and said they would contact me with returns info. I had to prompt them after a wait. They then said that the product was as described - untrue - and it would cost between 20 and 60 euros to return. So I feel that this company are deliberately misleading their customers and I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

I don’t intend to ever use this company again for the same reasons as many of the other comments.
I can’t return the item which is of poor quality because there is no means of doing so on the emails I received.
I am left with an item I don’t want and am completely at a loss as to what to do now

The prices are low and competitive which means you can get more for your money.

Absolute scam, o ordered a dress which looked stunning on the photo. The dress arrived had looked nothing like the order photo. Complete different colour style everything. I contacted the provider an I was offered 10% and discount off next order. Wasn’t good enough. I got back in contact again by email an explained I bought a dress @£44 am wanted a full refund. I checked the return postage costing £37 this was not happy to do so. So at the end of the conversation I had to settle with £22 50% refund. I would stay well clear of this fake ass company. I am going to post over every social media platform not to purchase a single item from this site!!

The website was easy to use. I simply chose the colour, then the size, added to basket and went checkout.

Absolutely awful service, I have a picture of what I thought was ordering and what I actually received! I’ve been offered a 10% refund and £25 gift voucher instead of a returning the idea! Which actually cost £49. I’ve been warned that I can not take back to store, but only to there main store in Canada which (they advise) will cost between $20-$80! But also they need to arrive within the 14 day period of their warranty! Even though they took 16 days to arrive! Makes me feel they had no intention of any refund! One rule for them! Another for us! DO NOT BUY!

The item I ordered was supposed to be a soft cashmere jumper. When the item arrived, it was definitely not Cashmere and not as described. I contacted the company who told me I would have to pay up to €80 to send the item back to Canada for a refund. I am still disputing this as it is disgusting behaviour on their part and the item was miss sold. I would never buy from this company ever again and would encourage other people not to purchase from them either. Total disgrace

The ordering process was quite straightforward.I can't really say anymore until the leather jacket I ordered has safely arrived.But from what I've seen of it from photos I have high hopes of satisfaction.
