I am very new to the exciting world of the stoma ( exciting as in how fast can you clean and dry before it lets more wee out!).My community nurse Di Davies is fabulous, excellent at her job, very knowledgeable. Good sense of humour (even down to wearing odd Harry Potter socks).
The telephone team back at base were really great when I had an issue, totally reassured with what was happening.
Deliveries were lightning fast, I seriously cannot fault this company!

Having reached my 90's & become dependent on night-time 'pee-bags', & associated products, I am now grateful and indebted to Coloplast Ltd..

5 to 10 years of peace of mind! Their service is settling and with ms its one thing less to worry about. From the moment you call you know they have you covered. You can ask and they will help! My catheters are coming today! They never let me down, helpful info to let you know when they get ur prescription and then they send it!

Their bags just don't work. High output or thick the stupid second layer for the filter ALWAYS sections to my stoma. I've tried lube, I've tried oil, I've put stickers and heavy duty tape over the filter hole, the second layer design and giant filter for sensura mios is just stupid. Coloplast is the only bag that sticks to my sore skin and NO OTHER bags from other companies work. I just wish they'd fix the design flaw of having the second layer for the filter.

I have already filled in two online forms and I have telephoned Coloplast about their product failure - yet nobody is getting back to me!

When I telephoned and supplied all details requested, I asked when someone would get back to me - I was told she had no idea!!

This is ruining my life!
