Bought a coupon from Groupon for a 100 page a4 photo album, the instructions are to complete the album and then apply the discount code at the end. My mistake was to click on a lay flat album for an extra small cost. After spending a lot of time creating my 100 page album I found the code did not work, in speaking with a nice lady at Colorland she explained I would have to start again because I chose a lay flat album not standard. Foolishly I thought I would just have to pay the small extra cost but no. The lady did give me a discount with free postage costing £51, adding on the Groupon voucher on top was very expensive indeed. I have a life and couldn't do it all again so I coughed up and paid the £51, beware beware. Not a happy bunny at all.

I was very disappointed with Colorland’s services. The quality of the photo books and prints I received was poor – the images are blurry, with visible printing dots (similar to newspaper photos), even though I was assured beforehand that everything would look perfect. It seems there is no quality control in this company – they print without care and do not respond to customer concerns. There was no attempt to correct the issue or refund the payment.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Order ENL_11990352

I am very disappointed with my experience with Colorland.

I created a photo album as a birthday present for my nephew. I paid extra for additional pages and carefully designed the layout, cover, and backgrounds. However, the album I received:

Had the wrong cover photo,

Contained photos in the wrong order,

Used the wrong background,

And only included 40 pages, despite me paying extra for more.

When I contacted Colorland, instead of resolving the issue, they claimed that the wrong album was my fault — even though the correct project is still saved in my account! They refused both a refund and a reprint.

This is unacceptable. I paid for a product and service that were not delivered correctly. What makes it worse is their unwillingness to take responsibility.

If a company cannot even provide the product that was ordered — and then refuses to correct their mistake — customers should think twice before purchasing.

I will not be using Colorland again and will make sure others know how unreliable this service is.

DO NOT BUY the supposed voucher on their site to reduce price. If you do you will spend ages making a project, then when you go to buy, the voucher...which you have already paid for, WILL NOT WORK. Therefore you have a useless voucher and have to abandon the purchase as price without the voucher is exorbitent. So...AVOID

I placed an order on the 17th hoping to receive it before my partners birthday on the 27th of November. On the 23rd Colorland claimed to have delivered the parcel to royal mail yet it is not the 3rd of December and royal mail are still saying that they have not having received anything.. i've reached out to colorland several times however the costumer service has been far from helpful and just full of excuses..

Very good quality, good service, easy to make your photobook

Very good customer service, on-site tutorial how to prepare a calendar, instant warning if the picture quailty is too low. I would recommend it.

Very poor quality of print. Never again.

Exelent quality and time of realisation. I'm a regular customer. My family is addicted to calenders.
