Disappointing and unprofessional

The product I received does not match the photos or description shown on the website. The color is completely different, and the overall quality is very poor. Although the item is advertised as cotton, the fabric smells strongly of plastic and does not feel like cotton at all, which is highly misleading.
The refund process is equally frustrating. Customer service only offered a 50% refund or a store voucher. For a full refund, I was told I must return the item at my own expense, despite the return being international, costing over $11, and requiring me to provide the tracking number myself. This is unreasonable, especially given that the product was clearly misrepresented.
Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. The quality does not reflect what is advertised, and the refund policy is unfair and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Return process

Feedback about the Commense Return Process

I would like to express some concerns about the current return process.
First, it feels unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. After purchasing items, customers should not have to go through an approval process just to request a return. This creates uncertainty and makes the shopping experience feel less customer-friendly.
Second, requiring customers to pay for return shipping adds additional frustration. Considering the price point of the products, it would be much more fair and reassuring if returns were easier and more cost-effective.

Overall, I hope Commense can reconsider and improve its return policy to make the experience smoother and more supportive for customers.

This company’s customer service is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Somehow when I placed my order the system generated the wrong address I double checked more than once before I placed the order to make sure I entered the correct address and I have a screenshot of my actual address when I placed the order somehow the system just changed the address and this was since November 1 when I placed this order and till today, which is November 13 I still have not gotten my order. I’ve sent multiple emails and I’m being told they can’t help me and then someone else is messaging me telling me the address is wrong which I know the address isn’t wrong because I have the screenshot for when I placed the order. I think companies need to understand messaging customer service is trash for one language barrier is one of the reasons why it’s trash and it shouldn’t be used and they should be a phone number for you to talk to people and resolve your issue because these customer service chat they don’t know what they be talking about. They just say whatever it sounds so robotic. I will never place any orders in the future.

Disappointed

I ordered 4 items from this company as the influencer I follow indicated that this was a trusted company and clothing was of great quality. First of all- the order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Secondly, upon trying to return two of the four items due to fit, the process in which one has to follow is archaic and time consuming to include restocking and shipping fees. For example- one has to take a copy of the receipt from the post office that this has been paid and shipped. They give you two options for returning- not going to go into the options at this time- highly recommend everyone understands the options before ordering.

I like the clothing and the quality was very good- however there is NOTHING easy about their return process. Additionally, when trying to find out where the company is located prior to ordering, it was very difficult only when I was tracking the package did I note it was coming directly from China- this should be disclosed regardless of the country of origin! I am not confident that I will receive my refund any time in the near future-I will not be ordering from this company again due to untimely delivery and convoluted return policy. Furthermore, I have been corresponding with a representative- and while friendly it seemed robotic. It was an odd exchange.

I placed a large order totalling over…

I placed a large order totalling over £250 not realising they were China based and I’d have to
Pay to return any unsuitable items.
I followed there returns policy as nothing fit and some of the fabrics used were poor. Itchy, or not as shown and some of the cuts of the dresses were poor and didn’t fit. They responded to my email offering me a third of my money back and to keep the items. I complained and quoted there returns policy which when ordering stated ‘easy returns process for a full refund if returned within 14 days’. I was then offered half my money back!
Eventually they agreed to accept the return and refund me the full amount but I had to pay for tracked Royal Mail costing me £20!
After 2 weeks, I received a refund and feel lucky I did! I will not be ordering from this company again, too risky. The clothes look great quality, but nothing about the company, items or returns process is!

6 weeks since order placed and paid…

6 weeks since order placed and paid for, still waiting for delivery. They wont refund as it’s been shipped. I’ve asked at what point the shipment is considered lost …. No reply. So never then.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID THIS COMPANY. And like the reviewer below, I intend to keep posting warnings everywhere. Everyone works so hard for their money these days and scam companies like this think it’s ok to steal it from you.

UPDATE 1/9/25 - They have finally agreed, 7 weeks from placing and paying for an order, that my package is indeed lost. The money has been returned to my account today. I'm pleased thry've done that as I wasnt expecting it but I'll never order again.

I paid for 3 items and express delivery.. didn't arrive in the time stated and got a message saying package returned to sender ( China I believe?) On contacting them. They said I hadn't put house number on ?.I'm 56 year old and that's a first ?.however, i duly supplied the number. They reckon they sent it back out. Still not received and when I look on their tracking it's been back n forth like it's on elastic! Sooooo emailed them again and the response basically is no They won't give a refund due to , and I quote "customer negligence" reported to PayPal ! Reported to trading standards ! And I hope they are reading this as I won't stop reporting their company until i receive a refund or ( miraculously, considering how inept they are) the items i ordered . Just don't bother entertaining them .....🤬🤬

Commense Clothing Customer Service - VERY POOR!

I am writing to formally request resolution regarding my orders. I was initially issued a credit due to a sizing issue, but after reordering, the replacement item also did not fit true to size. I am now being told I am no longer eligible for any refund or credit. This is unacceptable, especially considering the product quality and prior communication.

If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

These clothes are so cute but the size was wrong! I’ve lost weight so wasn’t sure on size? Took a long time to get and they say their window for returns is 30 days but when you email them they are swamped? If they are swamped are they going to honor a return that we have been trying to send back!
