Pleasantly surprised - great quality
Pleasantly surprised, after only finding the store via a search for Velux roof window blinds, I had limited expectations of the quality and fit of a blind not supplied by Velux... When the blinds were delivered, in Velux boxes, all 100% Velux blinds I was quietly excited.
The installation was very easy, the fit - perfect and the materials and operation of the black-out insulated blinds we very high. I would now recommend this to anyone unsure of the store or the products provided.

I've reached out to customer support and they were able to arrange a free return label, accepted the products and issued me a full refund very quickly. Perfect customer support!

There is no Zero Star to rate the experience. All other companies just need an Model-no to offer a new rollup. This one need pics from the label, serial, the window itself. OK. After that send more pics from the window. Later: send mor pics without rollup.. Ok Pics to bright, to dark to pale, and so far..... I got the feeling, they kidding me ! Or..... they absolutly unable!

VELUX Duo Blackout causing mold on the windows
I bought three VELUX Duo Blackout Roller Blind, in July 2023 for our home, delivery was fast, it was easy to install them, but as the weather abit turned cold. I noticed that one cannot clean the upper part of the windows due to water condensation of air. Indeed their product has this disadvantage that it blocks around 10 cm from top of the windows, and this makes it extremely difficult to clean the condensed water on top of the windows (due to the few mm distance between roller surface and the windows) due to this fact windows will get mold on it in 1-2 years. I have contacted them about this problem and I have asked them to get their products back, but they didn't accept it.Indeed they know this problem and the weakness point of their product well, but they don't mention it. For them only money is important , nothing else. The offered ideas from them doesn't solved my problem, as it doesn't remove the weakness point of their products.
