Very welcoming and have a nice collection of books to choose from

I ordered two perfumes but changed my mind about one. After emailing the company to confirm their refund policy, they instructed me to return the item in its original packaging. I covered the return shipping cost myself, but after weeks with no update, I followed up—only to be told the refund was denied because the plastic wrap was removed. The product was still brand new and unused, yet now I’m out $17 for return shipping on top of the perfume cost, and they’re not even responding to my emails. Feels like a scam.

Didn't receive my order, paid extra for express, got an email expressing how sorry they were and would send another, but weeks have passed and still nothing, be very cautious when thinking about ordering from this place very sad they treat customers like this let alone other muslim.

Terrible company.
I ordered perfume from them, the send me another one, 30% cheapper.
They advertised old version of perfume that hard to find, with high price tag, but sending new cheap version.

I decided to return it but as I didn't have time to go to post-office suggested the to refund me $25 dirrerent with price in other stores.
For them refund me shipping cost and pay for for return would be like $20.
And response was very rude and not acceptable.
After reading this reviews and dealing with them, I am not sure, I want to return this item, I am afreid, I may not get any refund at all.

Unauthentic Islamic books so beware…
Some are authentic / some not. Best to avoid.
I tried to return some books once I found out they’re not authentic and not what is described in description. Been chasing them a month and no reply after “what’s your order number”.

This is a fraud company, they take your order but you do not receive your order until weeks later and when the order finally arrives, half of the things you ordered are missing. There is no customer service. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. They are a scam company so avoid at all cost!

Absolutely non existing customer service, I have tried to contact them, 6 emails, social media, phone call, via the ‘contact us’, absolutely impossible to get hold off. Books took ages to turn up and were wrong, do not order from here, shocking.

It's been over a month and my order has not arrived. I ordered for 150 dollars so I'm very very upset. I'm trying to reach them for two weeks now and it's dead silence on the other end.

I'm trying to return an item, the policy says to contact them before returning it, I've called and emailed them but not getting any response. I want to return it and get a refund. Absolutely rubbish service and they are operating on Amazon aswell. Do not trust them.

Horrible service!!!

I placed an over a month ago and it has not arrived yet. I emailed them, messaged them on WhatsApp, called the number on the website, and as a final resort messaged them on instagram, no reply.
Nothing.
I am so disappointed and i want a refund!

A Frustrating Experience with Darussalamstore.com

I want to share my recent experience with Darussalamstore.com, where I ordered "The Noble Qur'an H80001." Unfortunately, it has been a disappointing and frustrating ordeal.

Firstly, I didn't receive any confirmation email or text after placing my order. This left me uncertain about the status of my purchase, which is unusual for online shopping.

I tried to contact their customer support through email, WhatsApp, and phone. Shockingly, the phone number listed on their website was not working and seemed unregistered. This left me feeling stranded, with no way to reach them.

As a last resort, I messaged them on Instagram, but I haven't received any response yet. The lack of communication from their end is quite disheartening.

I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, but the complete absence of communication and non-functional contact information on Darussalamstore.com is unacceptable. Trust and transparency are vital for online shopping, and my experience shattered that trust.

I hope Darussalamstore.com takes these issues seriously and fixes them promptly to prevent other customers from going through a similar frustrating experience.

I have bought the quran with english transliteration and the quality of the book is not good.

My first encounter with their shop in Walthamstow many years ago, when I had to return a book by Al-Ashkar -Kuwait which I found few Indexing errors, they encouraged me to return it and I was given my money on the spot.
As an Author, it is my first contact, I did like the speed and the way they display the content- although it is not magnified enough.
I did email them with the book summary/content which they have not done since a week ago- something they should remember not to delay or forget as customers can understand a week delay, but not much more as I see one comment on Trustpilot.
I shall put another feedback when I publish another book next month- provided they stock it, and in my opinion there should be separate Trustpilot rating for Darussalam UK and overseas branches.

They are looters and liars. They show something else and send something else.

I ordered 250 gm Asmad surma on their website and they sent me only 5gm.

Never buy from them

We placed an order last month from Darussalam KSA website. We canceled it as it was not shipped even after a week. They didn't sent us the refund money till now even though more than 2 weeks passed. We have informed it to there official email address, but never got any response from there. We also informed this to their whatsapp many times, still not received the refunds!!! Not sure ever we will get the refund form them or not. They are not replying us even us on whatsapp. May Allah protects all of us.

Darussalam is the best authentic place where we can find Authorized Islamic books, and not only that my family has been buying Darussalam books and stickers and many other things for ages. I would definitely rate Darussalam as the MOST TRUSTED.

Darussalam is one of my favourite bookstores. I have bought so many of their books, my shelves are filled with them. Amazing print quality as well. Can't wait to subscribe to eDarussalam!

In the world full of scam, this is the only online platform where we find authenticated and original products, books and several other things. Highly Recommended.
