The whole process of leasing a Canon…

The whole process of leasing a Canon Multi-Function Centre was just too easy. Greg and the team went above and beyond to ensure there were no hiccups that prevented us from receiving our printer on time. I know in the future we will need additional MFC's and I have no hesitation with getting them from DDS. Good job guys.

Great Experience and Staff

The entire process was smooth and efficient from removal of existing hardware to install of new hardware.

Technicians were friendly and knowledgable and were able to work through any initial connectivity issues we have to minimise any disruptions.

After sales support is also to be commended, we have spoken with DDS post sales a couple of times and they have been able to provide solutions promptly and also co-ordinate with our external IT provider to ensure things are working smoothly

DDS arrived at the time they promised…

DDS arrived at the time they promised to install our new printer. A driver and technician both came. The technician ensured all staff understood how to fully operate the machine and showed us how to keep it clean and even recommended the best paper to use in a photocopier. Excellent customer service provided beforehand as well.

Top-Notch Service from DDS

We recently upgraded our office printer through Digital Document Solutions (DDS), and honestly, the whole experience was just brilliant.

From the very first enquiry, the team was super responsive and helpful. They managed to secure us a great contract with Canon, and now that we have the new printer — we’re absolutely loving it! It’s made such a difference to how we work.

The turnaround time was amazing too — less than two weeks from our initial chat to full delivery and installation. Everything was set up smoothly, with no stress at all, and the team made the whole process really easy.

Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with. Customer service like that is rare and so appreciated.
