I rang for legal advice and was wrongly advised. Rather than admitting their mistake they kept me waiting for a reply to my problem. The company was threatening legal action and nothing was being done. I rang numerous times and didn't speak to anyone who could help. In the end they sent an email saying the the supplier was right, they didn't say decoproteste's advice was wrong and they didn't even apologise. This is a much condensed version, there were very many phone calls, and emails. It's cheaper and faster to pay a solicitor. They make it very difficult to cancel and that says it all.

Slow. Gate keeper won’t pass your call . Emails are not signed with any name. Rude with foreigners that dont understand legal lingo. I literally was told to use google translator although i speak very good Portuguese just not the legal fluff. And this is a client with paid subscription to their service speaking. Well now ex subscriber. Need I say more?
Oh and dont write a reply advising me to call your info line. Done with it.

Unilaterally closes unresolved complaints after 30 days, doesn't allow consumer to re-open.
Results reserved to (select/some) subscribers (I pay €17.38/month and have no access).

Doesn't authorize the use of their test scores in product packaging, requires (specific) subscription to check them.
Ignores complaints/e-mails unless you subscribe.
Advertises welcome gift worth 80 points before you subscribe including soundbars, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, and JBL headphones, changes to welcome gift worth 40 points insufficient to get any of the advertised gifts afterwards, actually gives you nothing unless/until you complain (took ~2 months and multiple complaints).
Gives you no confirmation/documentation after you subscribe, must complain to get it.
Unilaterally deactivates your subscription without your request, consent, or knowledge, risking ~€30.000 investments made through their partnerships (rectified after complaint).
Advertises credit card with 1% cashback, then refuses to give cashback for transactions they never advertised as excluded (admitted by themselves) or compensation for it (they have since admitted the mistake and refunded me, but what about future transactions?).
