If I could I would give -5

If I could I would give -5. The worst courier in Poland. The driver in Olsztyn never answers phone, never delivers on the day of scheduled delivery choosing fake reasons for example missing address - even though the full address was on the email they sent with the PIN!!!!?? Otherwise he would choose no one at home even though it's a business address with 24hrs security to leave the parcel. The company should be shutdown in Poland for their scams and drivers clearly fired. No one ever picks up the phone at the customer service and there's no way to submit official complaints as funnily enough the website crashes at that point. Crooks! That's all they are.

DHL PHANTOM PACKAGE CLUB

WARNING: I’m telling everyone – NEVER use DHL. Especially if timing matters or you’re sending important documents.
But hey, feel free to join the DHL Phantom Package Club 😉

International shipment (Poznań → London)
• sent on August 12th at 12:28 from the DHL point at ul. Racjonalizatorów in Poznań
• 6 days later it’s still in… Poznań – 11 km from the drop-off point
• and after a full week it still hasn’t even been picked up by a courier!

The envelope contains documents that I need for a scheduled appointment at the Polish Consulate in London (without them I can’t get a new passport).
For comparison: documents sent from Las Vegas to London via UPS – received in 36 hours.

After calling the DHL helpline, I received an email with the case category “Tracking the FATE of an international shipment” 🙂
“Around Poznań in 80 Days” – Jules Verne’s new novel?

Meanwhile, DHL publishes today:
“What does this mean for customers? Greater predictability… and consistently high service quality.”

FOR CUSTOMERS, USING YOUR SERVICES MEANS: PROBLEMS, COMPLICATIONS, STRESS AND EXTRA COSTS.

Worst delivery ever

Worst delivery ever. Warsaw-Gdansk. I ordered express delivery for next day. Instead of direct delivery between cities they made delivery through Poznan's sorting station and I had to wait 2 additional days. ETA always was like: "Tomorrow". So I had this "tomorrow" 3 days. Moreover at the end of the 3rd day courier is calling me and saying: "I'm out, it will be delivered after weekend". I called to customer service and only after that "his majesty" decided to be so pleseant to delivery package. Worst service ever.

VERY POOR Customer Service/Unprofessional Staff

Provided official documentation, demanding more documentation and translation (even though it is an international company and they should speak English, no one speaks/reads English). No possibility to speak to the Manager (supposedly based on the fact that I am calling from an unlisted number and that I should call from a different number. I am calling from outside of EU, what this has to do with the package???!!!) eventually after multiple demands was transferred to the Manager. However the Manager did zero attempt to assist. Was doing me a favour that he was even was talking to me. The issue has not been resolved. VERY POOR Customer Service.

DHL Poland demand to pay transportation cost 2 times (from sender and receiver) because of mistake they did. There is zero collaboration and not even a try to propose solution. They think its normal to pay 2 times. Would not suggest this company, its robbery. 3483845002 delivery number

STAFF : RUDE, IMMATURE, TALK NONSENSE, ANGRY, SHOUTING , DISRESPECT, NO CARE ATTITUDE.

SERVICES: TERRIBLE. IRRESPONSIBLE, DISGRACEFUL.

PRAY TO GOD YOU REALLY NEVER EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. MY PARCEL ( PASSPORT ) DELIVERED TO WRONG PERSON BY DHL EXPRESS. THEY DO NOT EVEN VERIFY THE ID OF CONSIGNEE. CUSTOMER COMES TO SERVICE TERMINAL POINT TO COLLECT PARCEL AND THEY BUSY IN THEIR MOBILE, NO CARE ATTITUDE AND DON'T EVEN WANT TO LISTEN WHAT CUSTOMER IS ASKING AND NO VALIDATION OF WAYBILL CONSIGNEE NAME AND GIVEN MY PARCEL ( PASSPORT ) TO SOME ONE ELSE. PASSPORT AS IN WRITING IS LOST AND NOT RETURNED BACK TO ME. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY PARCEL WITH DHL POLAND THAT I AM THE RECEIVER,DHL STAFF SHOUTED ON ME, RUDELY SAID " PARCEL ALREADY DELIVERED, DO NOT CONTACT US, CALL SHIPPER / SENDER " .
WHAT A SHAME, FOR SUCH A GROSS MISTAKE OF THEIR, THEY SHOULD BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY. PATHETIC SERVICES.

WHEN I REPORTED COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR MISHANDLING OF MY PASSPORT THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO COLLECTED WRONGLY FROM SERVICE POINT. INSTEAD THEY CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE ASKING ME TO CALL THE GUY To ASK HIM TO RETURN MY PARCEL.

I RAISED THE MATTER TO DHL POLAND COMPLAINT CENTRE AND THEY RESPONDED SAYING " Please note that your complaint has been registered with our system and the time of its consideration offered is 10 business days."
MY PASSPORT IS LOST AND THEY NEED 10 DAYS TO LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT ??
I MISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF DHL EXPRESS IN HANDLING MY PACKAGE.

WHOLE DHL SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND THEY HAVE LOST ALL CREDIBILITY AND TRUST.

SUCH A SHAME.

Absolute dilettantism

Absolute dilettantism. The package is in stock for 10 days in warehouse J.G. and no one is doing anything about it. Finally, despite telephone urgencies and email complaints, it is sent back to the seller. Reluctant, unprofessional and uninformed staff - especially in Jelenia Góra. Never more.
