Was a good idea at the time major regret now. They claim they’re willing to work with you but aren’t understanding, and start threatening even when you respond. Called multiple times back to back.

Needed the loan immediately, didn’t get the funds until days later. Cancelled the loan, returned the funds and had to pay an additional for the loan I cancelled. Also very high interest rate!

Pretty terrible company, can’t wait to finish with the payments and be done with it. It’s not a personal matter you guys just have one of the most terrible customer service operations going on.
