Delivery option was very good .I collected it at a local shop.
I only give it 4 stars because the package was very squashed when I received it .The items were okay because they were supplements in bottles.But I would prefer to receive packages in better condition in future.

Ordered Nicotinamide 250gr on 27th March, got it delivered only on 10th April after two complaints via email (customer phone number doesn't get phone calls). You need to improve in terms of timing, both your replies via email and time of delivery. Thank you anyway, product you sent is the right one.

I ordered more than a week ago and still waiting to receive my order!!! They do not reply to my emails and I cannot call them either. So I have no clue when I will receive my order. They say they deliver within 24-48h, but do not keep that timeline. Will never order from them again.
