Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic, and I’m not easily pleased, great choice of brands, price is spot on, and very very reliable, if like me you got fed up with your part supplier charging over the top for sometimes very poor parts, can honestly recommend you give these a try, a very professional out fit 👍

Experience was horrible

Experience was horrible, they never shipped my order and it's a pain to get reimbursed.

They do drop shipping marking every item "in stock" but not having anything in actual stock, only asking other distributors to send the order (literally drop shipping)

So dates are unreliable and I believe that my order and my piece was out of stock and that's why I never received it.

I wish they could reimburse me faster,
Hopefully they accept PayPal and order through PayPal and I should easily claim my money back.

Useless after sales customer service

I bought a pair of Bilstein shock absorbers for my VW Caddy. The price was good and the parts arrived quickly. However less than two years later one of the shock absorbers is not working properly. As this is within the warranty period for the product I contacted Distriauto. However as other people have commented trying to get hold of someone who will actually deal with the issue is impossible. I need a warranty refund, but I can't get hold of anyone to organise this. Absolutely appalling customer service. I have advised Bilstein of the situation to see if they can help.
