Forgot about my order?
Upon placing my order I haven't heard anything about the order being dispatched for a week. So I wrote them en e-mail, to ask about the status of the order. They haven't replied. I wrote another e-mail asking about the status of the order. They still didn't reply my inquiry, but I did get an auto notification the following day that the order was sent.
The product I received was what I ordered, which is the only reason I am not giving this review one star only.

Long wait for item / track&trace code
I took a long time (4 weeks) for the item (a parasol) to arrive. Everything was OK with the item. But shipping took much too long. Also, I had to ask three times for a track & trace code before I finally got one.

Slow delivery. It was promised to deliver next day if ordered before 17.00, but I got my order only 3 days after! Otherwise fine, but as it's said "the spoon is needed for the meal and not later"...
