The movers sent showed up with the smallest truck to move a 2-br, 2-bath apartment. It took 12 hours to complete the move, and the apartment and furniture were damaged by the movers

The communication was terrible

The communication was terrible. Until the day of the move I had no idea what size truck would arrive, what equipment would be on board, and who would be there to help with the move.

The move was great and Chris did GREAT.

The move was great and Chris did great but I was OVERCHARGED. They told me it would be $94 and my final receipt said $98. There is some glitch in your system.

I was overcharged by $125 for the NO…

I was overcharged by $125 for the NO service.

The movers did not show up at the time that was originally requested. They are not professional movers nor do they have the appropriate tools to move my items, and they made huge scratches on my items! I would NOT recommend this service.

Not lazy! Quite the opposite!

Our job was really simple. A two part futon down three flights of stairs. None the less, they really took care of us. They handled our furniture with care from apartment to destination. They insisted that I didn't need to help them. Very positive energy. 10/10
