Bad Support and poor quality

I ordered a pair of jeans, which unfortunatly had several issues like loose threads. I wrote the support about that issue. I sent pictures and also mentioned that i never wore those and i never washes the. They are stating that it isnt a manufacturing problem, which it has to be. Unfortunatly the Support is really bad and the jeans are of poor quality. I dont receive any help or refund for the damaged problem

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. They have given discount on their products. But those products quality were so much bad. After the first wash the clothes loose their shining ness. Also they have some yarn came out from the clothes. Overall very disappointed.

They know their sizes

Easy to navigate and always helpful customer support. Remember going in looking for jeans and the employee asked my size. I didn't know and he took one look and suggested a size. I tried them on and they were a perfect fit! Now I always go with the size he told me that day. Whenever I go to buy new clothes Dressman is my first choice.

Disoppoint at it

I HAVE BUY A DRESS FROM THIS SITE, BUT THEY SEND THE DRESS TO ME AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER 14 DAYS. AND WHEN I GOT THE DRESS IT IS IN LOW QUALITY. I CONTACT WITH THE SERVIER, BUT THEY DO NOT REPLY ME.
