Very professional and easy to understand guidance.
Very happy with my experience working with Drury Lane Property Investments. Thomas provided clear explanations, detailed information, and consistent communication.
I want to share my experience to warn others about investment platforms advertised online. They often look trustworthy, but appearances can be deceiving. I invested in one of their plans and gradually added funds, bringing my total investment to €36,700, with the account showing around €58,000 in supposed profits.
Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw some funds. Suddenly, they demanded multiple “release” fees. After I paid, the platform disappeared and all communication stopped. It was a harsh realization that I had been scammed.
I collected all evidence and filed a complaint with 𝒵͟𝚍͟𝜏͟ℛ͟ℯ͟. They requested transaction records, screenshots, and proof of deposits. The investigation lasted about two weeks, after which 𝒵͟𝚍͟𝜏͟ℛ͟ℯ͟ took legal action against those responsible, resulting in an out-of-court settlement.
Very pleased with the professional and transparent process.
Smooth process investing! Thomas helped explain everything, Drury Lane Property Investments gave clear info, and the numbers were realistic. Felt confident making my first investment.
Happy with my experience and guidance provided.
Really happy! Thomas explained everything clearly and Drury Lane Property Investments provided full info and guidance. Felt fully supported and confident in my investment.
This company sold me a deal that I lost £20000, i explain to thomas that i am new with no experience and he promise me they will support me all the way. He sold me a deal no one else want and took the chance that i was a novice. I later found out that end value of property in the area were actually 65k not 92k they promise me.
Thomas took 9k from me and then inform me that the property they sold to me was previously used for cannabis growth and the damage was extensive. He ask me if i want to back off and lose £15k, straight away, which he wasn't bothered about.
To be sincere with you, this company presents their property so nice that you will jump at it, without thinking if you are a newbie like me and they hide under the clause that you should do a due diligence .
I have lost half of my savings with this deal. Pls don't buy from them if you don't have property experience, as they only care about their profit not yours.

Drury Lane Property have been a pleasure to work with. The whole team are professional, approachable, and proactive. From the initial deal through to next steps, everything was handled smoothly. I can see why so many investors choose to work with them repeatedly.

Great experience overall with DLP. The process is structured, the numbers are sensible, and there’s no over-selling. You’re given all the information you need to make your own decision, which is exactly how it should be.

The Drury Lane Property team are extremely organised and easy to deal with. Communication is fast, updates are regular, and the deals are properly vetted before being released. It’s clear they focus on long-term relationships, not one-off deals.

What I liked most about Drurylaneproperty was how hands-on they are. From sourcing the deal to discussing refurb and exit options, everything was clearly laid out. The WhatsApp community is a great touch, and deals are shared fairly and transparently.

I’ve worked with a few sourcing companies, but DLP really stand out. They’re quick to respond, transparent with numbers, and honest about risks and timelines. You feel like they’re genuinely trying to get you a good outcome, not just push a deal through.

I wouldn’t normally bother writing a review, but I feel I have a duty so others avoid this company and don’t fall prey to them too.
Thomas, who is the CEO/ owner of this company falsely sold a deal to me, tried to claim it was below market value, only to call the estate agent and find out it wasn’t at all, he’d basically inflated the price by £16k, to make it look like you were getting a good deal, and even then then you were paying a few grands more than the actual asking price the estate agent was advertising the property for.
I’d paid a £6k sourcing fee and signed the reservation agreement, thinking the property would be sold to me at a certain price which I agreed and signed for, only for the MOS to come through and it was a completely different price altogether! By then I’d already paid £3k for his build team project management too.
When I asked for a refund he completely refused! I lost £9k in this deal, he outright refuses to refund you, when I tried to call him he didn’t pick up or even bother calling me back, and he refused to take any accountability for his mistakes. It was meant to be a hand off end-to-end process, but this just wasn’t the case at all! It was so stressful and I was liaising with the estate agents myself, which is where I found out he’s made up his own price for the property.
He’s also not part of a redress scheme either so he’s not even compliant as a deal sourcer in the UK.
Anyway guys, just please stay clear from this company! He is very very misleading, and makes false claims.
In that time I’ve found a better company in the north who have been excellent, have amazing customer service and payment structures and refund policies, so don’t lose hope because not all companies are scams like this one. Go for ones that are compliant and part of a redress scheme and have a refund policy. And please make sure to not ignore the bad reviews too, which is also a mistake I made by trusting Thomas/Drurylaneproperty.

Paid £4000 REFUNDABLE deposit, i cancelled withing the cooling period but was refused my refund, the property redress scheme ruled in my favor but they still ignored, they have now been expelled by the scheme and are trading without being a member of any scheme. I have instructed a lawyer and will now be taking this to the small claims court.
