Poor attitude.
Worst locksmith I’ve ever met. His attitude stinks and especially having his stupid little dog in the van. Wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last locksmith around.

The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. One of our staff contacted EA locksmith and asked him how much would it cost to change the locks on our building. He said it would be a $55 service fee and from $55 per lock depending on what lock we wanted to go with. When he got to our facility he showed us these locks for $249 per locks, I told him I just wanted the $55 locks he quoted us on the phone. He then proceeded to change the locks. When he was done he gave us a bill for $55 service fee, $95 per lock and a labour charge of $55. I told him that is not what we agreed to. He told me the $55 locks would not work. He never said anything about a labour charge when we asked him how much to change our locks. When we asked how much would it cost to change our locks. He said from $55 per lock, not $55 per lock plus labour. We own numerous building and have changed locks several times, no locksmith has ever gave us a rate and then tried to charge us additionally for his labour. If I wanted to buy locks and not have them installed I would not called a locksmith, I would have gone to a hardware store. When you call a locksmith and ask for a price to change the lock, implied in that answer is the cost of labour and materials.
