Bad experience for me… I have ordered Saturday morning and the order was acknowledged immediately. But unfortunately nothing was shipped, so I sent an enquiry on Tuesday. They replied apologising for an unspecified IT issue and promising a quick shipment but on Thursday night, they cancelled the order, claiming the products were no longer available. These products are currently available in any pharmacy in Italy. Order number #210206844. Avoid!

Placing the order was very simple- I was repeating an order from last year. It was promptly filled, posted and received (in the USA) four days later!

webSite not recommended!! Worst eCommerce experience ever!! Slow in processing the order not to mention the return. But the worst part is the shipping costs. whereas other serious eCommerce sites show the customs fees when the order is placed in order to give the user the possibility to decide whether to continue or not, this website specifies the shipping costs but makes no effort to include customs charges which are known and fixed in advance for each shipping country. So after waiting weeks to receive the order, the courier, during the delivery phase, has called me asking me for an additional 65 euros to deliver the product and they confirmed they had informed eFarma about this charge, but eFarma pretends to ignore. So after wasting weeks for the order I had to send numerous emails and spend more time on the return. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!

Sito sconsigliatissimo!! La peggiore esperienza di eCommerce di sempre!! Lenti nel processare ordine per non parlare del reso. Ma l’aspetto peggiore e’ dato dalle spese di spedizione. A differenza di altri eCommerce seri i quali in fase di ordine mostrano anche le spese doganali in modo da dare all’utente l’opportunita’ di decidere se proseguire, questo sito specifica sì le spese di spedizione ma non fa nessuno sforzo per includere, in fase di ordine, le spese doganali che per ogni paese di spedizione sono note e fisse a priori. Cos’ dopo aver atteso settimane per ricevere l’ordine, il corriere, in fase di consegna, mi chiama chiedendomi ulteriori 65 euro per consegnare il prodotto circa e mi confermano che loro avevano informato di eFarma di questa somma, peccato che eFarma fa finta di ignorare. Cosi’ dopo avere perso settimane per l’ordine, ho dovuto inviare numerose email e spendere altro tempo per il reso. Pessimo!
PS:eFarma smettetela di replicare con risposte fake

Such a terrible experience. I live in Canada and I have ordered formula for my baby. My order was supposed to arrive last week but still nothing. The order seems to be stuck at the custom because of a problem. If you guys are not able to ship abroad don’t even offer the service.
