I ordered a ring from this website, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing. It took four weeks for the ring to arrive, which is already far too long.

Once it finally arrived, the quality was very poor. After wearing the ring, my girlfriend developed a rash on her finger, which clearly shows that the material is not safe or well-made.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that returning the item was not possible. Instead, I received a store credit on my account that I can only spend on their website. This is not a proper solution in my opinion, especially after such a bad experience.

I will never, ever buy anything from this website again. The product quality and customer service are both terrible, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

My order arrived over one month late, despite being intended for a special occasion. As compensation, Riccardi Customer Support explicitly confirmed in writing that I would receive a 30% refund.

Three months later, I have still not received any refund to my bank account. Instead, the company is now attempting to impose a store credit, which was never mentioned initially and which I do not accept, as I no longer wish to purchase from this brand.

Beyond the delivery and refund issue, the product quality is extremely poor. The gold ring I purchased turned pink/black within a few weeks of normal use, which is unacceptable for a gold-colored piece marketed as quality jewelry.

Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and money. Between the late delivery, misleading refund practices, and very low product quality, I strongly do not recommend this brand.

Awful company - Avoid like the Plague.

As many have said before. The item took about 3 weeks to arrive - from China!
Once arrived the ring is not as described. The initials were printed on the ring, not engraved. Within 3 days of wearing the ring tarnished green leaving a copper band underneath. Not as described being ‘made to last’ and ‘Waterproof, non-blackening & non-rusting.’
Utter Rubbish, and completely fraudulent company.
I’ve requested a refund, however they offered a replacement. I refused and like others, complete radio silence for the past 3 weeks. I will try through my bank to get my money bank, as a matter of principle!

SCAM WEBSITE. Would give no stars if I could.

Took my money happily and have never delivered items. I have emailed them since the beginning of December when I ordered the items to enquire where they are and then ask for a refund.
Very rarely receive a reply and when I do it is to say they have sent to internal customer services.

Still have no items and no refund.

The product does not come engraved as it is in the adverts, it comes laser etched and barely visible.

The coating began to wash off after 3 days revealing a dirty copper ring beneath.

I've been asking for replacement or refund since 28th Dec and am just being ignored.

Genuinely just a complete waste of money, do not bother.

One star is even too much. The ring I bought is a very bad quality!! Don't buy anything in this shop. They are scammers and don't react on any mail.

I ordered a 29€ ring, I had used it for two days and the colour already changed from gold to bronze. I send an e-mail and a request on their website with pictures that I would like an refund but no-one answered. This is a SCAM site, do NOT order dro here.

Terrible quality, got a gold ring as a gift and after 3 days of wearing it the gold peeled off. The delivery was 3 weeks late too.

Awful company. Don’t even waste your time buying any of the cheap jewellery from china. It made my girlfriend’s finger green within 3 days. All the silver came off and there’s been no messages back from my complaint so no solution to the problem. Avoid!

Seen another review hit the nail on the head. Ordered with plenty of time back towards the start of December. Still waiting for this to arrive several weeks later. Tracking information is useless. One email from customer services to date. Not worth it

I did receive the goods but it wasn't as pictured on their instagram page. The ring wasn't stamped with the initial it was engraved and barely visible. They also sent confirmation of shipping with a tracking number that didn't work and turns out it wasn't shipped after all. Took a further week to dispatch. They promote 3 day processing and this was more 10days.

They finally offered a partial refund for this but it was never received. I disputed it with the bank in the end to get this back. Awful customer service doesn't come back to you. Don't bother ordering from this company not worth the hassle.

Absolutely dreadful, avoid!!! Ordered in plenty of time at the start of December and still nothing has arrived. Tracking number doesn’t work and after one reply from customer services no other contact despite reaching out!
