Now, after few months with eprimo, I am a little bit confused to find that the annual invoice is realeased end-of-year and not after 12 months, with a significant Nachzahlung included, and also that after only few month I received a proposal to change my tarif, in a way that is not obvious for me to evaluate comparatively, exspecially because I am not sure whether I am possibly loosing part or all of the bonuses offered for my transition from other supplier....

I have not recieved any benefits as mentioned in the contract. Even after completing full contract year. When I asked about it, they simply said they transfer the benefit money to my bank account, but truth is I never shared my IBAN with them, so how could they even transfer it. They simply closed the support-case after that.

We sign in a contract for 56€ a month based on check 24 that was accepted. Just for them to raise the prices to 98€ after a month without any notice. How legal is that? And we just found out because apparently we were oweing the money they raised without saying anything. That is not how contracts work.

I have 4 months left in this nightmare contract, and I think this is why they are trying to rob me as their last attempt while I freeze my butt off as I was trying to cut down on costs. ** Update - The miscalculation is being corrected promptly after leaving this review and it turns out based on my actual gas reading I was overcharged by a lot. However the rate of 185 remains.

Communication and customer service are awful, staff were often impolite and rude!! Several times we needed formal confirmation (via email or the Kundenportal); they promised it, but NOTHING ever happened! NOTHING!!
To Eprimo: If you are unable to provide good service, simply just close it down!!

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this electricity provider. They’ve issued invoices with significantly inflated charges—up to €4,000 in additional payments—based on apparent “reading errors.” These errors are not only excessive but are also inexplicably difficult to resolve.
What’s particularly concerning is the lack of internal checks to flag anomalies. A sudden fivefold increase in consumption for the same household compared to previous years should, at the very least, prompt a manual review. Instead, these discrepancies are processed as if they were accurate, and resolving them takes an unreasonable amount of time.
Even after being assured that issues were corrected in their system, I continued to receive incorrect billing attempts for the same disputed amounts in subsequent months. This points to systemic failures in both the billing infrastructure and customer support workflows.
Customer service has not been helpful in providing timely or effective resolutions. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often leads to more confusion.
Given these repeated issues and the lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this provider.

I never experienced such a scam. They have bugged me for their wrong calculation for more than a year. I provided them my meter readings, which of course they did nothing. And threaten to sue me two times. Their customer service is only to tell you your message will be operated in 6 weeks. Stay away from eprimo choose yourself any other. I posted my problem here, and someone from eprimo contacted me but this was also just to seem "nice". They don't care anything what you face as a customer.

I made a Contract for electricity with eprimo in the beginning of February and until now they never finalized my contract. I cannot cancel the contract as the 14 days time period is completed. No responses, no updates, worst possible Customer service ever !!
Stay away from this if you want to avoid unnecessary delays and worst service.
Edit: Do not believe the nice e-mail replies we get here. I never received a single reply even after sending 10+ e-mails in last 3 months. I also terminated my Gas Contract which unfortunately goes until next year. Hope this company gets off from this energy business!!!

I was asked to pay 968eu for last year's gas overuse - which is simply impossible based on the sporadic use and weeks spent away during the year. They increased my monthly rate to 157, but only until the end of the summer (???) I've sent multiple emails and after weeks of waiting, they are forwarding me to a debt collection agency without addressing any concerns. On top of it, they extended my contract for another year without my consent and won't let me switch to another company. I blocked them from direct debit and hope they go bankrupt, based on other reviews they are clearly running some extortion scam.

I am being bugged for more than a year for the wrong calculation at their and and now they threaten to sue me for the so-called 'unpaid' bills. I have forwarded the proofs of wrong calculation, my meter readings at which date showing what value. I have dozens of messages trying to solve this problem over letters or email that concluded without any resolution.

Eprimo had a 60% increase in electricity tariff rate. However, I have not received any prior notification about this price change, either by email or post, which I believe is a violation of my rights as a consumer. They ignored all emails I have sent since many months so far, in addition to the last letter. Hopefully this channel could help.

This company continues to scam me. I have emailed them because they took my monthly payment down from 42€ to 12€ a month. Then they said I consumed 0 kWt (ZERO) in one year. The following year, they say I've used 1.705 kWt in just 1.5 month. So they billed basically 2 years of electricity all accounted for that one month, when the tariffs of electricity went spiked up! So now I paid 800€ of "additional electricity usage"!
They never paid me back for the 3.2k€ of gas that they took without any sense (bases on which I was heating my 55 mt² flat more than a hotel).
NEVER MAKE A CONTRACT WITH EPRIMO. SCAMMERS! Give me back my money!

They will demand payment in time but when it comes to fixing their own mistakes and actually helping customers, they couldn’t care less

You keep transferring mentioned amount every month but they send a mail after 1 year that bill is due. If you call them, there is no option for English support. If you mail the customer care email or frag email which is mentioned in their responses, they don't respond.
