I was told exactly what the on screen error message. No details were offered and I was left with nothing but to figure out myself. Total crap of an email from support.

Platform is ok and the customer service is good but they messed up on a pricing display for an asset by 10x. Caused a big commotion but to their credit they refunded it.

I think the whole website is very difficult to navigate and and some of the terminology and the way things are explained leaves much to be desired.

EquityZen provides the private deals which we could not find from other platforms. Deals are fair. Processing time is quick and reasonable.

It was a convoluted process but well explained. Good communication every step of the way from start of investment to completion.

Pretty much a frictionless experience using their website. Solid sales and contract support teams if needed.
