Do not purchase from this supplier!

Purchased a product from this supplier through Amazon. Supplier refused to honor their return policy. Returns are supposed to be free within thirty days. I attempted to return the product but the shipping label they provided was not paid for. I would have had to pay over $100 to return. I tried to address the issue through Amazon and directly to Erommy. They ignored my messages and never supplied the appropriate shipping label forcing me to keep a product I have never removed from the box.

First time I plugged in fireplace, it knocked out all my other appliances and also the fireplace itself. This is a total disappointment.

Gazebo came quick

Unit came to us damaged

Unit came to us damaged, a quick email and a few additional days were all it took to get it rectified. The customer service team did a great job

Very happy with the experience and product

The shipment arrived very quickly and with no damage. The fireplace was a gift to my parents. They are VERY pleased. My Dad is 85 and had no problem putting it together. The fist box that arrived (the cabinet part) was too heavy for him, but he took it in the house piece by piece. A couple days later the fireplace insert arrived. That gave him time to get everything together and ready for inserting the fireplace unit.
