The customer service is so poor and unaccomodating after they got all your payment information. They gonna get rid of you on the phone with their own excuses.

I love how we get to chat with every psychics but I don’t like how they keep removing a lot of great psychics from the chat :/ and how the credits sometimes be too high, it’s insane!
