The service was very good . The claim process was pretty automated. The communication was prompt and to the point and most importantly they were successful in recovering amount due from airline. Can totally recommend them.

They need to be more clear on the actual % they keep from the claim upfront. Also so much effort was put into providing all the details required only to be advised.
To date, the airline has refused to pay your compensation. The next step may be to initiate legal proceedings against the airline. In preparation for this, your claim will be re-examined and assessed. If we are missing any information, we will inform you by email. This investigation may take several months. Therefore, you will receive fewer updates than you are used to from us.
No updates since October 20th 2025 and I have to always chase them for updates.

I really appreciate the professionalism and the service provided by EUclaim. I was able to get reimbursed thanks to them. However, I have underestimated the amount they would deduct for the services, which was almost half of the reimbursement. I found this a little too much in the end, but all the process was transparent from the start. In sum, I recommend the services but not the price :)

After three weeks of back and forth requesting many documents they finally filed my claim….incorrectly. My flight was cancelled pure and simple. However they sent a letter to the airline saying they that I was claiming compensation because I was rerouted. So of course the airline refused the claim. The staff don’t read the file properly, they are not coordinated and there is clearly no quality control. Honestly a waste of time

It took around six months to complete the case, but this delay was clearly not attributable to EUclaim. Airlines appear to be extremely slow and uncooperative when it comes to handling compensation requests directly, and as an individual claimant, I doubt we would have been successful on our own.
EUclaim handled the case consistently and professionally throughout. Their fee is on the higher side (approximately one-third of the compensation), but given the reality that airlines tend to ignore individual requests, it was still worthwhile. In the end, we received two-thirds of the amount, and we are happy with the outcome.
Overall, a positive experience, and without EUclaim we likely would not have been compensated at all.

Simple and straightforward process with great results. I had to follow up a couple of times over email but the whole refund process still only took around 3 weeks. You'd be stupid not to use them.
