Just ordered some cosmetic parts for my Audi. Really happy with everything. Had questions before buying and the customer service was quick and thorough, would recommend.

Bought carbon fibre diffusers, package came quickly and there was no damage, communication from customer service was amazing, and installed them with no issues whatsoever. Would 100% recommend for any carbon fibre car parts.

I had an issue with an order that arrived damaged, and while the replacement unfortunately ended up being delivered to an old address, the way Euro Empire handled the situation was genuinely impressive.

I believe it was Sam I was dealing with, and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They took the time to clearly explain everything, acknowledged that I had no control over the delivery outcome, and ultimately processed a full 100% refund even though they technically didn’t have to.

Communication throughout was transparent, respectful, and professional. It’s rare to see a business prioritise goodwill and customer experience like this, and I really appreciate the way this was handled. I’d confidently recommend Euro Empire based on the customer service alone.

Perfect carbon for my VW

Picked up a carbon lip and mirror caps for my Mk7 Golf from Euro Empire Auto and they nailed it. Fitment was spot on. Sam answered fitment questions fast and the whole thing felt straightforward. I will be back when I start on the rear end.

Easy to deal with, Very friendly staff, carbon turned out really nice and looks insane on the car, did need a bit of cutting on the side skirts to get them to fit, lip went on pretty easy, quality and finish are really good, highly recommend.
