Euronics are DREADFUL
Local store persuaded my to purchase a Shark vaccum cleaner. They advised that they were not permitted to hold any vaccum products in store so I would have to purchase online. I purchased this product on their advice and, having had it delivered (5 days!) I unpacked it and used it. I HATE IT. It is without doubt the worst vaccum cleaner I have ever used. But Euronics will not allow me to return it because it has been unpacked and used. So, I have wasted £269 on a product that is unusable. Seriously angry.

They delivered and set up 21/10/20 couldn't fault the guys so polite and helpful and cleaned up afterwards 5* plus service around highly recommended beats the likes of currys or online. Bring back more of these types of shops

New washing machine
Our washing machine died on new year's eve. We went to Euronics Thornton Cleveleys and the chap in the shop was friendly and informative. Ordered a new Hotpoint washing machine and it was delivered and installed on the 2nd January by two friendly, lovely guys. They took our old one too, no hassle at all. Super quick, excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you Euronics Thornton Cleveleys!

I would like to thank Julian and the delivery staff at Budd Ltd, Cardiff for the way they resolved my problem of needing a new fridge freezer the same day I contacted them. Amazon said I would have to wait a week!!!! All staff were very polite and helpful. As a 75 year old confined to the house through illness it was a very pleasant surprise. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. Once again THANKS LADS YOU WERE BRILLIANT!!!!
