The software is limited and not really friendly towards a startup that grows and requires different modules for groups of people instead of the whole company. Their support is abysmal and non-responsive.

We have been using Factorial at Payxpert for some time now, and it has significantly improved how we manage our HR processes and internal operations. The platform has allowed us to centralize key workflows such as time off and absence management, document storage, employee data, and reporting, reducing manual work and increasing visibility across the company. Factorial’s intuitive interface makes it easy for both managers and employees to use, and the automation features have helped us save time and improve efficiency.
On top of the product itself, our account manager, Oriol, has been doing a great job following up with us. His responsiveness and support have made our experience even smoother and more valuable.
Overall, Factorial has become an essential tool for streamlining our people management and supporting better business decisions.

We are now working more than 2 years with Factorial and the tool is a good help in daily processes.
The database is huge and the possibilities are great, but to get the dates out of the system is not as easy as it appears at the beginning. A big help is the contact to our key account. She is in regular contact with us and helps us to improve the system in our need.

We have only recently started working with Factorial, but our experience so far has been very encouraging. The platform simplifies many HR-related administrative tasks and supports smoother, more efficient day-to-day operations across the team.

In particular, the onboarding process and customer support stand out. Both have been responsive, approachable, and highly professional, making the transition to the system easy and well supported.

From a Human Resources perspective, our overall experience with FACTORIAL has been positive, particularly in terms of the relationship and ongoing support provided by the account management team. We would especially like to highlight the close, collaborative, and proactive approach of the manager assigned to our account, who consistently demonstrates availability, understanding of our needs, and a strong commitment to finding solutions together. This human and professional support adds significant value to the platform.

In terms of the product itself, FACTORIAL stands out for its continuous evolution. The company shows a clear commitment to improvement by regularly developing and implementing new modules, which reflects an active listening process and a desire to adapt to the changing needs of organizations.

However, there are areas where further improvement would be welcome. The application layout and user experience could be enhanced, particularly to facilitate access and usability for employees who do not have a computer as part of their daily work and rely mainly on mobile devices. A more intuitive and mobile-oriented design would encourage broader and more consistent use across the workforce.

We implemented the software last September, and it has proven to be an excellent decision. It supports us in time tracking, managing vacation requests, and processing expense reimbursements. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. Customer support in the event of any issues is very prompt, and our account manager provides highly professional assistance and follow-up.

We have used Factorial as our HR software since November 2023 and have had very good experience with it.
Best Features:
Project management and time tracking - The clock-in feature and the project management tool is very intuitive and lets you create reports very easily
Vacation overview - you can share calendars with specific people and teams and restrict them for others easily
Customer Service - Very quick response time and always friendly
Reminders - if a contract ends soon, or it is an employees anniversary, Factorial will send out an automatic reminder
Affordability - we had compared several tools, and Factorial beat them with the best value for money
Integration - Compared to other tools in the past, the integration had been very easy and went off without problems.

Possible Improvements:
Hourly employee calculations - while you can easily download a report and then get the calculation results with a fomular, it would be great if monthly/quaterly/annual average hours for hourly employees can be seen in the tool
Clock-in feature location - it would be great if the clock-in feature would be visible on the starting page, as you currently log in within the time feature
External users - While it is great that you can set up external users, it could be improved by adding a more flexible visibility feature.

We have been on factorial for few years now, Jesia is our account manager, she is the best ! Always available, with good advices, you can trust her and the platform. We are really satisfied with the SIRH and with our account manager. Factorial is a complete and reliable HR platform for handling absences, personal documents, trainings, work time, evaluation, billing, etc. No doubt, go for it !

Factorial is for us an intuitive and efficient HR software that simplifies employee management, payroll, and time tracking. Its clean interface and automation features helps us to save time and reduce administrative work, making it a great solution for growing companies!

At our company, we used to have manual attendance lists, but with Factorial's facial recognition, our payroll calculation has become much more efficient, saving time and ensuring that the schedules are correct.

We haven’t been using Factorial for very long yet, but so far our team’s overall impression has been mostly positive. The software makes administrative HR tasks significantly easier and helps streamline many everyday processes.

We would especially like to highlight the customer service and onboarding experience – both have been very friendly, supportive, and professional.

The only downside we’ve noticed so far are occasional bugs or server downtimes, which can cause some confusion among employees, for example when time tracking doesn’t work as expected. Overall, however, we’re satisfied with the solution and see a lot of potential.

I have been following for several years Factorial and a year ago a switched company and I had the freedom of chosing our HRIS and my experience has been excellent because:
1. Account Manager (Juan Ignacio among others) have an excellent knowledge of the product and provide you tailor made advice.
2. Almost all improvement suggestions that I have done, have been implemented
3. Very intuitive platform
4. Instructive videos (HR pills)

We have been using Factorial for two years and are very satisfied. The ability to map all HR-related processes within one software solution has simplified many things. The DATEV interface in payroll processing is also a real work relief. Automated workflows, reminder functions, and quick and easy employee surveys create more space for creative freedom and innovation. For two years, we have also had the same dedicated account manager, which is not something you see every day. Here, I always receive fast, professional, and friendly support. The product is continuously being improved and expanded. We’re excited to see what’s still to come.

Factorial is a solid HR system that offers a wide range of modules and makes it easy to keep all information in one place. The software is constantly improving, and the account manager is always available to answer questions and consider new ideas for further development.

Factorial is very user friendly and easy to use which is great for our employees. They also have new features rolled out on a very regular basis that help their customers get the most out of the platform. This is strengthened by their always present support and assistance.

The tool is fine and is available in Spanish and English, which is why we use it. The issues I have with it are that it's full of bugs. Support could be better. The platform has bugs, problems tend to persist, and solutions are not 100%. They solve one thing, and the solution breaks another.

For me it is currently (2025) the best HR software I've ever worked with!

The support ist unmatchable by competitors and at the end of the day this is the most important specific.
You will have an empathic human that will help you with everything and this is super important as Factorial continuously introduces new amazing features.

We chose Factorial because it combines all the important HR functions in one clear platform, replacing several tools we had previously used. The absence tool in particular supports us in our daily work. However, better Outlook integration of this feature would be a further improvement. For a year now, we have been very satisfied with the reasonable price-performance ratio and the fast, helpful support provided by our account manager Plamen.

Factorial has honestly been a great partner for us. After working with them for the past two years, we can truly say the platform feels intuitive, reliable, and packed with tools that make our HR processes much easier and more organized. It’s one of those systems you quickly get used to because it simply works.

What we appreciate the most, though, is the people behind it. Their support team is always there when we need them, and our key account manager has been proactive, approachable, and genuinely committed to finding solutions that fit our reality, not just standard answers.
