Fanvue dony uphold their acceptable use…

Fanvue dont uphold their acceptable use policy for creators. They allow AI generated images and as long as the creator has a tag in their bio somewhere they can say in dm's they don't use it, use it in limited ways, etc even when it's lies. Happened to me across 4 different creators. Customer support says it's not misleading if they have a tiny tag somewhere in their bio.

Fanvue does allow AI-generated content on the platform, but our Acceptable Use Policy requires creators to clearly disclose when AI is used so subscribers can make informed decisions. At present, disclosure via an AI tag or clear notice on a creator’s profile is considered valid under our policy.

We understand that this may not align with everyone’s expectations, particularly when conversations in DMs feel inconsistent with what’s disclosed on a profile.

We want to be clear that misleading behaviour is not something we take lightly, and feedback like yours is important in helping us evaluate whether our current standards and enforcement are meeting the needs of our community.
