Very poor delivery service no…

Very poor delivery service no communication of why one order was split over 5 delivery days not even a apology all they said it was delivered in the time scale I had to make sure someone was home on all these days The items were being sent to Spain Thursday lucky the last item arrived Thursday morning.

Total order 3 nets 2 weigh slings

- Saturday - 3 nets (arrived)

- Monday 1 weigh Sling

- Tuesday (a different order was made with a different company and your order was on with this one, the delivery driver said sorry I forgot the other order is was left at depot)

- Wednesday someone home all day no sign of delivery beteeen the time slot given even all the cameras were checked.

- Thursday last weigh Sling came.

Ultimate dome Bivvy and overwrap

I ordered a new Bivvy and overwrap on Sunday the 11th of January and it arrived on the Thursday the 15th January. Not a UK based business

So I purchased on 21st Dec as last minute present so I understand it's busiest time of year so seeing the delivery as 2-5 days I ordered. I emailed to offer extra money for faster delivery only to be told that they are in The Netherlands, NOT ONCE on the website is this stated, the phone number is UK as is customer services surely this should be a legal requirement for anyone purchasing therefore needs reporting. I would have never ordered had this been on the website, The bait boat did arrive on Monday 5th Jan however I could have saved myself a few quid in the Jan sales had I known it was going to be this long. Will I order from this company again I highly doubt it, my Hubby is yet to try it out so for the price and the wait it had better be worth it as returns don't look promising either
False advertising is ILLEGAL, I have literally been through every drop down and there is NOWHERE stating the origin of this company so AVOID shop local

Poor delivery information

Poor customer service

Poor customer service.
Ordered some fishing boots. Navitas polar tech!
Very uncomfortable,the heel digs in to your feet on both boots. You can feel the heel on the sole as you walk. I requested a return and was told it’s not a good enough reason so was rejected!
The boots are not fit for purpose (boots you can’t walk in) I’m sure it is.
Will never order from them again!

Item not received, dreadful customer service

Dreadful service! Ordered an expensive item 2 weeks ago, no delivery attempt has been made, one parcel seems to have gotten lost and the other apparently was put as returned to sender even though they can’t explain why! Been chasing up for days with no reply, doesn’t look like I will be getting the parcels or the £850 refund! So so disappointed as it is a present for my partner and I feel I have been scammed!!! UPDATE- I did eventually get a refund! Blame was pushed onto DPD so I think they need to look into a new courier!
