put my large package right next to a path that is very busy so of cause it got stolen delivery driver made no effort to spent 20 seconds to deliver to my door in a safe spot i rang him and he took no blame I've contacted company but still no reply this happens because they rush rush rush to get things done but forget the proper service they are meant to provide
Lost my parcel between Brisbane and Gold coast. Very slow communication. After a long time, they finally admitted it is lost.

EDIT: after many attempts at contacting PFlogistics (the company under which Freightster operates), they finally located my package after several weeks. I was never able to communicate with Freightster itself, however.
My parcel was left in front of a closed shop on a monday! under the letterbox on the sidewalk in Fremantle, are you kidding me??? Of course it was stolen straight away!! I lost my parcel, and of course I wont get my money back because your driver has "proof of delivery photo" bunch of amateurs! You dont just leave a parcel in front of a closed business!!
Terrible lack of care. Left my parcel ON TOP of my letterbox in full view and access of anyone in the street or passing by. SHAMEFUL.
Do not use this company. They have Falsely claimed to have attempted to deliver my parcel on 2 occasions. I have checked records and CCTV footage and they have not attempted. It says it's onboard but never shows up. I have tried on several occasion to make contact through them and have not had a single response. Purchase was made through Big W Online Market which I would not use again s Big W wipe their hands of any of it as they sell through a third party. Just disgraceful.
This company seem to work hand in hand with PFLogistics.
Both unreliable, uncontactable, unresponsive, unproffessional and IMO unusable.
Still no delivery. Will not buy from any seller who uses this company. Not worth the gamble or stress.
Infrequent tracking may say it's onboard for delivery with driver but doesn't mean it's any closer to being delivered.
Shameful how they are still in business.
