Terrible customer service…
I contacted their customer service team about their product after purchasing my first tin and finding the pouches dry and hard. Rather than offering to replace the product, they pushed the blame onto me, stating that I had purchased an expired product. They were only willing to provide me with the means do decode their expiration dates. No apologies, no coupons, just this.
They sold you expired products. Please see below on how to read the dates.
K235- Expired 11/23/25
The letter is the month example Jan.-A, Feb.-B, March-C
The 2 digits are the day of the month
The last digit is the year
Thanks,
Mary
