Honestly we weren't sure about getting such a fancy system for our barbershop but its been worth it!! Actually it seems fancy but turns out its quite affordable and paid for itself in a couple of days for us. The guys from groweasy helped us setup everything including all our fade styles n beard services. they also setup some marketing automations they call it and our text sms number so replacing our old system with groweasy was a breeeze. Now our clients book their own appointments and texts remind them to show up. way less phone calls for us to deal with and we'be trying out their AI chat, lets see how that goes. this system even tells us when our regular clients haven't been in for a while and emails texts them automatically

Our spa needed something better than wht we were using... found groweasy while searching online and liked what they showed us. Been using groweasy for about couple of months now and we really like the way its going. Specially their mobile apps, I mostly just use that and so does our team. Our eyelash and brow bar has been pretty busy lately and groweasy salon app has been a big help! We had some trouble figuring out how to setup our services menu in a way that clients can see everything easily and don't think we don't offer a particular service they might be looking for and groweasy guys helped us set it up perfectly. I am surprised by how human their AI chat sounds as i see it handling most of our booking questions now. Such a relief !!! I used to spend hours answering our website visitors on whatsapp. The SMSes cost us a bit but the automated text reminders are worth it seeing they've reduced our no-shows by a lot. What else..... we'll our clients love it, we love it so all is good!
