Nice to see a company like Gtec .. that helps its customers having used G tec vacuume cleaning products for over 20 years from the first sweepers to the latest model I’m impressed .. we had a Robles with our AR 50. Gtec sent a battery .. that didn’t solve the issue. So they sent a new motor unit which did. The call Centre staff were friendly and helpful resolving the issue in days. Cheers guys

I purchased an upright and a handheld vacuum and both are great. Very powerful and do a fantastic job - VERY pleased with both purchases.
Had an issue with the handheld batteries ability to hold a charge but contacted the team today (Dan) and it was quickly resolved.
Will buy Gtech again!

Firstly have to say Gtech customer service is excellent. Had an issue with original AirFOX cordless vacuum purchased last June and with no hesitation at all it was replaced and, quickly.
On the whole though we are disappointed with the Airfox model itself. Eco mode is not that good and tends to push even a small leaf around, next setting is ok but runs the battery down quickly, I really don't believe it will last 80minutes and if it did the power wouldn't be there to lift dirt. It easily 'clogs' up underneath with small debris and the filter 'clogs' quickly with dust stopping the machine. Filter then has to be washed out which material being similar to cardboard material, has to then dry out! Wish we had gone for the model that uses bags again!
Certainly wouldn't use it as the main vacuum, only as a back up one.

Easy to order on their website. I ordered a GTech Air 3 K9. It’s brilliant and the lights do make a difference. It picks up well and looks good. I had my last GTech for 12 years and gave it to my daughter when I got this one. Excellent product

Can’t praise this k9 hoover enough, I’m the owner of 6 hoovers , one costing more than a thousand pounds, I’ve had my k9 Gtech around 2 years and use it most days , I absolutely love that I can take it apart and wash it so my house never smells of dirty hoover, if my k9 Gtech goes to hoover heaven I would replace with another k9 Gtech without a doubt cos I got a Rottweiler and a Rhodesian ridgeback that I have to move out the way or hoover over them cos they are not bothered by it and k9 Gtech collects all doggy hair on my quarry floor tiles into my lounge on my Indian rugs with ease, amazing, I love it and would recommend this hoover without any doubts..

Late November 2025 I purchased an AirFOX Platinum cordless stick vacuum direct from Gtech after looking at a lot of different alternatives. It was delivered very promptly and with the Black Friday deal excellent value for money. After 4 months of use I can say it's a very well made vacuum, not heavy, great power and battery charge sufficient to clean the house. Very pleased with this product. Five stars well deserved.

Excellent products from this brand and the customer aftercare is brilliant, on two occasions I had failed parts under warranty and they were replaced with no hesitation.

Great company , I bought the Air ram 3 platinum a year ago, I have had many different vacuums and always wanted a Gtech, couldn't be happier the best hoover yet, easy, light , the roller broke underneath , don't know why, contacted support , no robots , had another delivered next day, excellent service, would definitely recommend

This is the second one I’ve bought, first one still going strong after 7 years just slightly less power and a cracked top handle. Decided to buy new one because of the offer. More than happy with it.

Also good to know that if you buy from them direct they keep records of purchases so easy to check if your guarantee has run out should you have a problem and you can buy spare parts easily too! Love my Gtech gardening and home tools 😁

Thank you Gtech for your fantastic service. A part of my vacuum cleaner broke and I phoned gtech and got through straight away to a human (which is unheard of these days) and spoke to Stuart. He was friendly, helpful and professional and said I would get the replacement part next day. True to his word it came the next morning. I have never come across such wonderful customer service in the retail world. This is something that used to happen decades ago, proper customer service sadly a thing of the past. Top marks all round. I will in future only buy Gtech sadly you would never find proper old fashioned customer service like this anywhere else these days.

I compared prices for a particular item of theirs and was pleasantly surprised by a great discount on it. I have a few of their gardening products and really appreciate that the batteries can be used across their various products.

I love my new GTech Air Ram self cleaning vacuum as it is so much easier. The latest version is sheer genius, well done. From a dedicated supporter of Tech for many years.
