Guesty’s software is very user-friendly and works perfectly for our needs. We also had a great onboarding experience with Amit, who was very helpful throughout the process. The only suggestion we’d make is to allow a bit more time during onboarding to cover all questions thoroughly - sometimes the meeting where a bit too short.

They don't fix bugs. There are bugs I reported years ago and they are not fixed.
This service is awkward to use. The user interface is not straight forward. It is too complex. I'm as software engineer that tests websites for a living, so I know a bit about these things. I wish I had the time to hunt for a better service that provided me a hosting channel manager at a reasonable price and had good software. Guesty's sucks. I've been using it for 2.5 years now, or is it 3.5 years...Still I cringe whenever I have to use this for something I don't do everyday as it is always difficult to figure out and how to get it done taking me a minimum of 30 minutes for a simple task, longer for more complex ones.
UPDATE: I appreciate the response from Guesty staff, I would like to see real change happen, so I'm willing to help if I know my time won't be wasted. To be fair, Guesty is doing a lot of work for us that we need done. That part is appreciated, but it can be better, much better.
