Shocking customer service sent an email…

Shocking customer service sent an email regarding delivery information and nothing has been received says 3 days delivery and this is also paid for by the customer so you would expect at least an email confirmation saying dispatched but nothing! After reading all these reviews I wish I didn’t order from hamperwell and shopped somewhere else also this is a valentines gift so it’s pinto arrive after the said day, will be making a chargeback with my bank account

Can't help but feel like this company is a scam, no communication, no update on order, no shipment notification, terrible reviews..

Ordered Monday, heard nothing since, no phone number to contact them..

Avoid like the plague. If Temu made hampers this would be it!

I ordered this as a Valentines gift. It was supposed to have Yankee candles in it but it has fakes. It is also marketed as having roses so therefore you would assume they are real based on the price. The ones in the box are like something from Temu. I have emailed several times to say I wasn't happy but not even got a response!
Most disappointed. Avoid this cheap tad at all costs. Really disappointing poor quality product. I suspect the choclates will be white and out of date but there you go! Wish I had checked the reviews on here but was sold by a professional looking website. Most disappointing and left feleing totally ripped off!
