If I could give this company 0 I would. Sent a Package from UK to Cambodia on the 28th/11/25. Tracked it as it landed in Columbia on 23.12.25. I have been told it is being returned to sorting office and from there I can decide whether it is to be resent to Cambodia. Very little feedback, pretty unhelpful.. Very frustrating experience. Nine weeks of transit and I have no idea where my parcel is, or when it may get to its destination. Gutted because it was clothes and xmas presents for my 2 year old grandaughter.
Hello.. I sent a parcel from France to the UK on the 17/11/25 and the tracking ended in Belgium.. no movement after the 21/11/25. I contacted Happy Post who said they would endeavour to find the problem then only to be told it could not be resolved!!
Again I sent another parcel from France to the UK on the 21/01/26. Paid for signature delivery only to see in tracking that it had been delivered and signed fo BUT NOT by my friend on the UK but somewhere in Europe ???!! What is happening.
It is impossible to contact Happy post and received any credible answer you just get palmed off to another computer generated? & answer suggestion list. IV now lost valuable family pieces due to their mishandling of deliveries that it would appear will never reach their intended destination .. definitely avoid them like the plague 💥

I used Happy-Post for a large international parcel and the whole process was so easy. The tracking was clear and updated every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease. Best of all, it arrived way ahead of schedule!

I have never encountered a company this unreliable.
At first I mailed my package entering all package details and since my friend is not getting the package I check tracking and see it's held up, happy post never contacted me never informed me, I had to reach out ask what's going on then they advise that I should send them material and country origin of clothing items. I sent it the same day. Silence. Days pass no update I see same message and start to worry my package will be lost I ask again and they ask me the SAME question that they thanked for information and advised they will submit 5 days ago. Not only they lied and didn't submit anything but they weren't even going to and allow this package to get lost. I freaked out and asked to return my package immediately because of their horrible service and I do not trust them immediately
Now they keep making excuses about returning and giving me fake numbers that only say they were created in the system but never sent out and 1 month later I don't even have my package back. It shows it was delivered back to them 2 weeks ago but they refuse to return it and keep lying and giving me fake tracking
This company is dishonest, steals, does not do their job. I cannot stress enough how horrible this experience have been. I will be going to police as my next step.

I used Happy post to send a parcel from France to Cyprus. Post date 12/11/25. They passed it on to Mondial Relay. Tracked up to 17/11/25, to belgium, where it has remained to date 04/12/25. Despite numerous emails to Happy Post they have failed to respond and they offer no telephone service.
In desperation, yesterday I contacted Mondial Relay by telephone and they confirmed that the parcel was and is stuck in transit because the labelling did not show a destination address and it would eventually be returned to the point of origin. I checked the label that was on the box and it had all the details required to complete delivery. I spoke to Mondial Relay again today whose story had changed and that Happy Post had ceased trading and it was unlikely that I would receive my parcel or the cost of the aborted delivery. I can find no information on the web to confirm the demise of Happy Post. Furthermore I would have assumed that Mondial Relay having accepted my parcel would be obligated to complete the transaction. I'm at a loss as to where to go with this!!

avoid like the plague. I posted a parcel from uk to our daughter in Australia at the end of September. it failed to arrive. in fact no one knows where it is. customer service are slow and not very responsive. I decided to try happy post after seeing some videos on them and the usual company i use had put price up. but my fault, ill stick to going through my normal company and pay the extra, at least with them my daughter gets her parcels. And on top of that, when they email to respond, they do it in French.

A total scam . I sent a parcel then the tracking stopped. I found a company that tracks parcels and finally found out the parcel was stuck somewhere. I tried to get in touch with happy post it’s been a week and still no response . I believe these positive reviews are not true because after trying to find a contact number I found google reviews all saying AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

All was ok except for drop off….this shop cocci market…has strange opening hours, is often closed for no reason. There are two drop offs in my area but only one can be chosen, this one…I waited outside for at least 20 minutes …with someone sitting on the floor in one of the aisles looking at me….,? This was 2.45pm ….no reason to be closed.there were three other people waiting…..

I've used Happy Post twice before and although the parcel took longer to arrive than stated, there were no other issues. Until this month. I had a parcel ready to send to my grandson in Australia. I paid £28 and was ready to print off my label. Instead of the label there was message stating there was an issue with generating the label . I emailed them, as there is absolutely no phone number or chat available and asked for the label to be generated asap as I needed this parcel to be sent off immediately so my grandson had his presents on his birthday. No reply for 24 hours. Then an email with the label. I printed it off and stuck it onto my parcel. Just before I went to drop the parcel off I realised it had the wrong address!! I emailed again, waited another 24 hours and was told I cannot modify addresses!! By this time it was too late to send so I used another parcel company. I emailed happy post and told them I wanted to cancel and they then sent, 48 hours later, a label with the correct address! Absolutely no apology, only a feedback form in French...and I also had other communications in French for another customer! Terrible customer service, and im still awaiting my refund...days later...

I have used Happy-Post for over a year now. I am based in France with a customer base in USA. The service has been great particularly since the tariff nightmare that Mr Trump is responsible for. However for the last WEEK I have been unable to complete a purchase of a label for the USA. I have filled in all the forms etc etc but when it comes to pay the "Pay Now" button is not working???? PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT

Edited to add: even in their response you can see how unprofessional they are. I chose DHL I paid premium price close to 100 euros specifically not choosing regular post office for Canadian shipment. And yes exactly it promises 10-17 days last time I checked that wasn't 21 days this parcel took to another nearby country? Oh and let's not forget that they refuse to engage in English with their customer service despite English being one of the languages their offer and advertise.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with them. I tried to use due to cheaper prices but even the prices aren't that cheap for what you get. Save yourself a trouble add couple euros more and have a normal speed regular post office do the work. I shipped package to Canada, I paid so much money extra due to it being strikes with their regular postal, so they would use a courier like DHL and deliver it timely. It didn't happen. They went the cheapest method and it was only delivered after the strike after paying premium, higher than the post office would charge me. And now I sent a package to another European Union country, it's taken 3 weeks to deliver.... insanity. It would take normally less than a week regular post office with 15 euro instead of 13 euro I paid them without this hassle. They use cheapest and slowest methods to deliver your packages through backends like this package now went through third country that has nothing to do... and that's why it took 3 weeks instead of less than a week. I will not be using them again after these 2 bad experiences.
